Ezra is an adorable puppy that we rescued from our local shelter. He was placed on the euthanasia list because they were above capacity. Ezra is in a foster home with multiple dogs, and he loves to play and interact with them. He is a typical puppy, and he is learning house manners and basic obedience. Ezra is crate trained and he is doing great on housetraining. He loves being with his foster mom and his human foster brother (teenager). He loves cuddles, snuggles and belly rubs! We do adopt out of our area, and we have private transport options to VA, MD, PA, CT and NJ. If you live in NH we can adopt to you, but pickup would be in CT.

Winston was found as a stray laying on the side of the road, severely emaciated and weak. Even in his fragile, he was more interested in love than food. Today, he is a complete cuddle bug who follows his fosters from room to room like a silent shadow. He is gentle with taking treats and gives the softest most appreciative kisses. He is in a home with two other dogs and is unbothered. Even when the small dog barks at him, he simply walks away to find a human lap to curl up in. He has engaged in some play with the other pups his size but often opts out to take a nap and has shown the ability to correct them without overcorrecting when they play too rough. He is 100% attentive to people and wants to be a good boy. His calmness is uncommon for a 1-year old. He is shy but gets over it quickly with a couple ear scratches. He has shown no signs of excited jumping, food possessiveness, or interest in the squirrels/cats that show up on the front porch. Although more time is needed to determine if he is truly house trained, he has not had an accident and noticeably wants to be clean. On his first walk, he didn't pull at all and was fixated on his foster parent. He is working on crate training and there are no noticeable issues other than it being new. He has the most piercing two-toned blue/hazel eyes and a coat that is beautiful and soft even in its current malnourished state. This is an all-around good, attentive, loyal, calm puppy that deserves the best forever home.

***FENCED YARD REQUIRED***Stone was found standing in the middle of a road by a kind man. He immediately contacted us because Stone had numerous scabs, open wounds, hair loss and scars all over his head, legs and body. Both of his front legs were swollen. His tail and one of his legs had been broken. He was in horrible condition! We got him to the vet as soon as possible and discovered one of his front legs was possibly fractured recently. He was also loaded with parasites. Due to the location and shape of some of his scars, our vet told us he was probably a "bait dog", meaning dog fighters used him as bait to train the fighting dogs. Despite his condition and his past, Stone is so sweet to everyone!! Our staff and volunteers have been giving him so much love and attention, and he is definitely enjoying his new life. He loves to go on walks and get out some of his energy. Stone is very dog selective, so it would be best for him to be the only dog in the home.
