**Meet Honey B!**
Breed: Bully Breed
Status: Available for adoption (seeking a forever family to share her snuggles with!) She will have to finish her vetting before adoption is official.
**Background:**
Honey B made her entrance into the world of animal rescue on February 23, 2025, when she was turned over to the Memphis Animal Shelter from AEC. She arrived with a significant abscess on her head, but with a little help, she’s now on the mend and ready to find her perfect home! Thankfully, she’s been placed in a wonderful foster family where she’s learning to thrive.
**Personality:**
This delightful pup is a playful bundle of joy! Honey B has the cutest squeaky bark that will surely make you smile. She loves her treats and knuckle bones, and is definitely food and treat motivated! She’s great with kids, good with cats, and has been introduced to male dogs without any issues. Short and stocky, she’s a little powerhouse of affection and energy, always ready for a game or a nap! Honey B loves to lay her head in your lap for some gentle head rubs.
**Training:**
Honey B is kennel and house trained, with only one accident since arriving in her foster home. She navigates well, especially with the lights on, and doesn’t bother the litter box—she just enjoys the cat food! Going outside is no problem for her; she does her business and then loves to romp around for a bit before squeaking at the door to come back in.
**Additional Notes:**
Last night was her first time on the couch, and she absolutely loved it, not wanting to get up at all! She enjoys baths and is very calm during them, allowing her foster family to attend to her abscess without any issues. If she stumbles, she gets right back up like nothing happened, showcasing her resilient spirit.
