Aries is a handsome 5-year-old boy who has shown incredible resilience. When he returned to us, he was in pretty rough shape with severe skin and ear infections. Thanks to antibiotics, prescription food, and plenty of love, Aries has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate companion who loves jumping into your lap for pets—even though he’s far too big to be a lap dog (but don’t tell him that!). At the shelter, Aries doesn’t pay much attention to other dogs, but if you have a dog at home, a meet-and-greet will be important to ensure they’re a good match. He has lived with cats before and was friendly with them! Aries will need an owner who understands the severity of his allergies and is committed to ongoing care. Establishing a strong relationship with your vet right away is essential to keep him healthy and happy. If you’re ready to give this sweet boy the loving home he deserves, Aries is waiting for you!.

Precious is a sweet, affectionate girl with a big personality! At just 9 months old, she’s still very much a puppy—full of energy and enthusiasm. She came to us from an older couple who could no longer care for her, and now she’s looking for a home that can give her the training and attention she needs. Precious will grow into a big lap dog and would thrive with an owner who can help her learn leash manners and basic commands. She’s not a good fit for homes with small children or cats, as her size and energy can be overwhelming. However, with patience and dedication, she could do well with dog-savvy cats and a compatible canine friend after a proper dog-to-dog introduction. This is BamBam! An 8-month-old pittie/cattle dog mix with a goofy personality. He has not had much exposure to the world and is looking for a patient family that is willing to slowly show him all the fun things life has to offer! Bam is shy when meeting new people, but once he’s comfortable, his true personality comes out. He’s very playful, clumsy, likes treats and to sit next to the people he loves. He’s currently getting acclimated to wearing a leash. It will take time, but we’re confident he will be a good walking companion in the future. We have limited history on Bam so we’re unsure what he’s like with other dogs, cats or children. BamBam is very proud to show off his "sit" command. She's an intelligent dog with lots of energy and curiosity, and given the time and patience she will thrive. She's a very good girl who will bond hard with the right person and family to let her decompress on her time. Elsa is housetrained but may have accidents due to fear until she settles in. She's a great listener and is always eager to please. She loves her toys and blankets and is very sweet. She would be the perfect addition to any family given the time to trust.
