Story
Meet Ryleigh Ryleigh is a 1-year-old Pit Bull mix with a stunning brown merle coat. He’s a sweet soul who has had a rough start and been bounced around, so we don’t have much history on him. At first, Ryleigh can be very shy, and that sometimes looks like reactivity—but underneath, he’s just a dog who needs time, patience, and understanding. He thrives in a home with structure and consistency. Ryleigh may do well with another dog, but any introductions should be slow and careful. We don’t have experience with cats or kids, and given his energy and sensitivity, he’d likely do best in an adult-only home. If you’re looking for a loyal companion and are willing to put in the work to help him feel safe and confident, Ryleigh could be your perfect match.

Story
Bowser is a 3-year-old black and white Pitbull with splotches of brown. He is a dog with a big heart and a strong, loving personality. He came to us as a stray alongside another dog, so we know he can have doggy friends—but slow introductions will be important to set him up for success. Bowser doesn’t have a known history with cats or kids, but he seems curious rather than aggressive. Shelter life has been stressful for him, and he can appear tense at first—but give him a chance, and you’ll see his sweet, affectionate side shine through. He listens well to gentle corrections on walks and is eager to please. Bowser is ready for a patient, loving home where he can relax and thrive. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little time to show his true colors, Bowser could be your perfect match!

Story
***Fostered in Roy, WA and ready for meet and greets!*** Yellowstone's dating profile would say something along the lines of tall, handsome, and ready to commit! He has a great sense of humor and will be certain to make you laugh. Yellowstone is looking for the real deal; he is tired of dating around. He was abandoned by his previous family, so he is all-in and ready to love and be loved!  What makes Yellowstone the best boy available for adoption? He is handsome, goofy, happy, affectionate, smart and outgoing. Yellowstone is confident and would love to go with you anywhere. He would be a fantastic walking/hiking buddy, a great passenger seat rider and cuddle partner. On those rainy PNW days, he is also the perfect couch potato as he loves to be near his people. He will be your best friend! He gets along great with dogs of all sizes, loves to play hard and follows re-direction. His only flaw is that he has prey drive, so no kitties. He also thinks he is the size of Chihuahua and demands to sit on your lap, but that’s not really a flaw . After all, this does give you the best angle of his amazing face wrinkles! Yellowstone has been through professional training, so he walks on a leash well, loads in the car goes to "place", sits and lays, and waits. He has the foundation of learning good manners and thus still needs a strong leader who will keep him on track with his newfound “good boy” skills.  He is crate trained and potty trained. He is a healthy boy, weighing 65 lbs and being around 2 years old, ready for a human companion! The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is one of the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue will soon be celebrating our 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 10,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be brought into our rescue program. Together, we can be heroes. Story
**Currently fostered in Chehalis, WA and excited for meet and greets!** This young man is busy, playful and a people focused pittie mix!  Just 3 years old and around 60 lbs. Beau is a beautiful brindle with a long tail and floppy ears.  He sleeps quietly in a crate overnight and knows his routines! He is potty trained but will mark his territory in a public setting so he could use some training on this! Beau rides beautifully in the car and will just peacefully stare out the window before laying down to nap! He loves to tap dance around the room in circles then will just plop down for a rest! It’s the cutest thing to watch! He loves to sniff and explore so it would be great for his new owner to take him out on daily walks or hikes .... he really enjoys walks and needs little correction! His new family will need to help work on his leash etiquette! He is very food motivated so training should be easy! He is fostered with 2 resident dogs which is a Female pittie and female shiba and he does wonderfully! He is growly and barks around larger, dominate male dogs so it would be best for him to be in a home with a female dog or non-alpha males. And absolutely NO cats!  Beau could be an apartment dog as long as he got daily walks and a fun weekend outtings as he is relaxed and chill and rarely barks! He loves giving kisses and loves children! He just needs a family that can work with him on jumping and manners and give him the attention he needs and deserves!  Beau Bullet would LOVE to be your buddy!
