Story
I got Gus because we became empty nesters and I wanted to have a cat for the first time. It was a knee jerk decision that hasn't been going very well. I adopted him at 7 years old in August 2025 from a friend who's daughter had another cat, a dog and a toddler. The pets picked on Gus a lot. My friend felt like Gus needed to be an only cat. King Gus she said.He was an indoor cat only- but now he prefers to be outside a lot especially at night. He's an official cat now. He caught his first mouse, ran off a deer, even stayed out all night and came home. However, I sense he's not happy. When he is inside-he can be very needy or wants to go outside a lot because he's bored. He doesn't like my husband- who is nothing but nice to him.We aren't home enough to let him out (no cat door) or give him attention. Unfortunately, having him has caused a lot of tension with me and my husband-who tolerates him for my sake.Plus i think i developed an allergy towards him augh!

Story
Adopted when she was a kitten from the local shelter. Biscuit is about 2 years old with lots of energy and a love for string and wire toys. She gets along good with other cats but tends to be greedy with toys. As never scratched or bit anyone. Looking for a home that has experience with cats and the time and attention she needs.

Story
goose is such a friendly girl, she loves to cuddle & give kisses & has been through a lot in life. we recently moved back to alabama & the stress has been too much for her - she’s suddenly become a little bit too much for me to handle with my other cat as well. i love her to bits but she needs someone who can give her the time & love she deserves.

Story
Jaydee is highly anxious and needs a calm home to ensure she eliminates in the litter box. Too much stress and she will eliminate on furniture. She cannot do rugs as she prefers this texture over the litter box. She does fine in a large cat cage during periods where she needs to be retrained and she also sleeps in it at night. She is a very sweet and affectionate cat who loves to snuggle with a close companion. Would do well in a quiet home with no carpet and either no dogs or a dog who will not be aggressive to her. She is 7 years old and is declawed.

Story
Katrina or “Trina” is 1.5 years old. She is very nice and very smart. She loves playing fetch with small toys, and loves to cuddle with you when you’re laying down. She loves chirping at birds out the window- not kidding, and doesn’t mind going outside some times, but is very much an inside cat.

Story
Luka is a GREAT cat. He listens when called, is litter box trained, and is extremely sweet and loves being held. He also loves to play fight and only bites and scratches when roughly played with. However, he is very young and playful! The main reason I am looking to rehome him is because he is constantly wanting to play and roughhouse my older cats and one has developed stress induced sickness because of this.
