Story
Smokey is so sweet and very loving, even gets along with other cats and our 1 dog. He is a bit shy and can be skittish. The issue is that he refuses to use the litter box consistently when going #2. No issues with #1. We have tried different litter types, the Thunder Vest, got him tested (nothing is wrong with him), tried different foods, gave him his own room. Nothing sticks for long. We believe he may be happier in a home with no other cats or animals and gets all the attention as it is a sign of territorial behavior. It hurts our hearts but we cannot provide what he needs at this time.

Story
Amy is an intelligent, sensitive, and playful dilute tortoiseshell. She entered our program as a kitten and has baffled our resident expert with her peculiar quirks. Amy is a cat who knows what she wants: pets on her terms, lots of wand toys, treats, respect, and a youthful playmate to keep her occupied. While she isn’t comfortable with dogs or kids-she may compliment a younger kitten or a squishy boy cat who needs a friend. Amy is in our Femme Fatale Finishing School with a foster mom who has her routine down pat. Reach out to us about fostering to adopt or to hear us gush about how uniquely precious she is. Thank you for learning more about me! Please make sure you scroll down and click apply or use this link: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SFUR/Cat Our Hero Academy students earn a cape after completing basic litter box, nail trimming, scratching post, and carrier training with our expert volunteers. Fosters are microchipped, combo tested for FIV/FELV, spayed/neutered, treated for fleas/parasites, and receive age/wellness appropriate vaccines. We lovingly pack a Welcome Home Hero gift bag with their favorite toys, treats, a comic to read with them, and a blanket that helps them feel safe anywhere they go. Super Furiends Rescue is a nonprofit 501c3 organization located in Solano County, CA.

Story
Jr. is one of five born on July 5th in our yard. His mother is a community cat that we look after. We took the litter in and have been looking after Mom and the babies ever since. Unfortunately, we have too many animals, and we can't keep him permanently. Jr is the biggest personality of his litter. He loves to sit in weird positions and is often seen sleeping fully on his back or draped over pillows. Like his twin, Hunter, Jr is very vocal when he is playing. He will cry or complain when wrestling, but the second they let up, he'll attack, proving it was all an act. When he isn't playing, he is snuggling. Jr LOVES a good head scratch or belly rub. He never hesitates to claim a lap, even if it's already occupied. He is very bonded with his brother Hunter, but would be ok being adopted alone. Medical note: A case of tapeworms hit the litter, two of them caught it pretty bad and were actively treated, but he was not affected.

Story
Hunter was one of five born on July 5th in our yard. His mother is a community cat that we look after (although I'm pretty sure she adopted herself). We took the litter in and have been looking after Mom and the babies ever since. Unfortunately, we have too many animals, and can't keep him permanently. He is a sweet, playful boy. We started calling him Hunter after we noticed how enthusiastically he plays with the toy mice we got for them. He is extremely affectionate. He recently discovered his powerful purr and the joys of rubbing his cheeks on things. He is very comfortable around our 60lb dog and has been seen playing with our older cats. Hunter is very sweet and will make a great addition to any home. He is intact, unvaccinated (he just came of age and we haven't been able to take him in), and litter trained. Medical note: A case of tapeworms hit the litter. Two of them caught it pretty badly and were actively treated, but he was not affected, and treatment was unneeded.
