Story
Hello! I have a 1 kitten left from a litter of 5 that I am currently fostering and need to rehome. His name is Gansito. He's a black cat with light tabby stripes and white on 3 paws and a white spot on her chest. They were born 03/07 and are starting to wean from their mama. They are sweet, playful, and curious. They love exploring a bit more than being cuddled, but they're getting there. They're good eaters, no health concerns. They were given a dewormer and first set of kitten shots. No flea problems. He's currently on the Yolo SPCA waitlist to get fixed. If you believe you can provide a loving and caring environment for any of them, please send an application. Thanks in advance! (:

Story
Pippa is a very sweet 10 year old female. She is shy at first but loves to cuddle at night. She enjoys pets as well and likes to be near/around her human. Unfortunately she does not get along with her brother Nugget no matter what I try. He triggers a prey response in her that makes him chase her more, stressing her out and I feel bad for her quality of life.

Story
He is a good cat, but needs someone who can show physical affection. I have allergies and am unable to pet him; brushing him also causes me discomfort. I would like to see him get a great home that can offer him more care than I can offer. I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and it is not good to have something that causes me more issues than I can handle, so I want to find him a nice place to finish out his years. He isn't super needy, but when he wants some affection, I can't prove that.

Story
Leo is a loving, affectionate pet that will make a great addition to your home. We adopted him as a kitten along with his sister. Initially they both got along and were very happy. About a year ago his sister started showing aggression to him and that has caused a lot of stress for him and our family. We'd love to find a home where he'll get plenty of cuddles and care. He is very sweet natured and we're devastated to give him up. We decided to rehome Leo instead of his sibling because we think she has more special needs and might not be good in all homes.

Story
My mom got me when I was eight weeks old in April of 2022. I’m a year and 8 months old now. I slept in her bed until I was old enough to be independent. She searched for me because one of her other kitties was loving and did not have anyone to love. His sister was mean, hissed, and did not like anyone so he had no one to play with. I got my name Squeaky because I didn’t meow but squeaked very low. I now have a more grown up very low-toned meow. I guess I need to be the only kitty in a home unless there is another rambunctious, rough and tumble kinda kitty that would like a playmate. My mom got me neutered on February 14th hoping that I would calm down but didn’t. I used to start biting and play fighting when my brother kitty licked me. I don’t do that as much now though, only sometimes. I tried playing with the new brother kitty, and he made sounds saying me to “stay back!”. Mom said I am too rough and rambunctious with the other kitties and they don’t like it. So now I am kept separate with no one to play with. I like to be petted, and I don’t scratch or bite when mom or dad picks me up. I sleep at the foot of my mom’s bed every night or on her couch in her room. I usually run if approached too quickly. I am an indoor-only kitty. I have a catio at our house in Sacramento, so I can go outside any time I want day or night, and stay safe. I’m still young and like to play with my toys, am very active at times and sometimes I like to hide. I eat mostly canned food with a little dry, and I’m very good about using the litter box. I am so happy playing with toys especially those on a wand flying through the air! That’s my favorite! I can last a long time playing with them. I let mom pick me up to tell me she loves me, and I give her loves back, but mostly for only about 30 seconds then I’m off and ready for the rest of the day’s adventures finding toys or checking out the Catio. I’d really like to have a cat buddy or cat-friendly dog, that would love to play as much and hard as I do, without getting so upset. I know can’t stay here being separated from the other kitties, and I do get lonely at times. I’m wishing there is someone able to stay home with me that maybe works from home so I won’t be lonely. I hope they might have a catio/patio that lets me go safely back and forth indoors to outdoors throughout the day. I promise I will check back inside for those quick loves, yummy food, long playtime, and sleeping on your bed with you! My foster mom says I am neutered, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that’s good! I currently live with my owner in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you’re my perfect adopter please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Pam at cheemers@gmail.com or 541-290-8408. If you are unable to reach Pam please email info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!

Yoshi and Simba MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. Adoption Fee: $550.00 for the pair Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the adoption of this cat through our Owner Placement Program. We take no responsibility for the health and medical records of this cat. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this. Yoshi (and Simba) is NOT in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home, but residing with her current owner in Roseville. Adoption fee applies. Yoshi – The Graceful,Playful Huntress: Yoshi is a bright and elegant girl, with a mix of cautious femininity and a natural hunter's instinct. Mornings are her most energetic time—she'll run and leap around the house with powerful, graceful movements. She's muscular and agile, able to jump impressively high. She's also an expert bug-catcher—if a fly or insect sneaks into the house, it won't survive long with Yoshi on duty. Yoshi shows her love in a unique and endearing way. She'll bring her toy birds or other small toys, placing them in on the bed—as if she's bringing her "catch." She finds the computer mouse fascinating and loves watching it move on the screen. Sometimes, she'll even try to paw at it. Other times, she'll lay right beneath the screen, clearly showing that she wants to be close. While she's affectionate with those she trusts, she's also more cautious than Simba. When the doorbell rings or she hears unfamiliar voices, she'll immediately find a safe hiding spot. She only comes out once she feels it's safe again. Yoshi loves to be held and cuddled. When you pick her up, she'll start purring contentedly and relax in your arms. Simba – The Brave and Affectionate Brother: A smart and handsome boy with a big round head and an irresistibly cute face. He loves being around people and will often follow you from room to room. He will enjoy sleeping beside you. He loves going outside for a walk to the mailbox or around the neighborhood—he'll calmly rest on your shoulder, soaking in the fresh air. Even indoors, he loves being carried around the house on our shoulders. Simba enjoys a large backyard outdoor enclosure watching birds fly by. He's a social cat who's never afraid of strangers. When guests come over, he never hides—he greets them with curiosity and confidence. Simba is also quite clever when it comes to getting treats. He'll roll on the floor and show off how cute he is—and of course, he always gets his way. He loves playing and wrestling with his sister Yoshi, and sometimes shows off his "king" side. For example, when it's mealtime, he insists on eating first and won't let Yoshi eat until he's finished. They become lonely due to their current owner's extensive travel schedule and need more human companionship. The ideal home would be with someone who is home most of the time. They are indoor cats, in excellent health, litterbox perfect and use a Litter Robot which will be included with them along with their favorite belongings. Yoshi is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. She currently lives with her owner in Roseville.
