Story
Django is a loving, big, three year old boy. He’s a sweetheart but also very anxious. We call him ‘our flamboyant son’ because he likes to announce himself with a very singsong “Meeeeeeeeoooooow” when he comes into the room looking for love. He has a loud purr that starts going the moment you touch him. Unfortunately, we have come to the conclusion that our home is not the proper environment for him. We have people and kids in and out all the time which causes him a tremendous amount of stress. We’ve made a lot of accommodations to try to help his anxiety, but nothing seems to work. The only thing we haven’t tried that the vet recommended is putting him on Prozac. We think he needs a quiet home probably where he’s the only animal. It breaks our heart to have to say goodbye, but we don’t think he’ll ever be truly happy in our rowdy house.

Story
Smokey is so sweet and very loving, even gets along with other cats and our 1 dog. He is a bit shy and can be skittish. The issue is that he refuses to use the litter box consistently when going #2. No issues with #1. We have tried different litter types, the Thunder Vest, got him tested (nothing is wrong with him), tried different foods, gave him his own room. Nothing sticks for long. We believe he may be happier in a home with no other cats or animals and gets all the attention as it is a sign of territorial behavior. It hurts our hearts but we cannot provide what he needs at this time.

Story
Baby is an 8 month American shorthair who is all black short hair and green eyes. She came to us as a stray and have been caring for her since. We took her directly to the vet for shots and flea medicine. She had a bit of a limp and the vet did x-rays. It was an old injury to a claw. It was all healed and she limps a bit on hard surfaces not on carpet or rugs. And she is not bothered by this at all. She loves to play especially with her cat brothers. Due to health issues I cannot keep her. I want to find a good home that she deserves. We are hoping to find a good home soon. For my healths sake.

Story
Taiki was born March 17 2025, she is a silky black kitten with big ears and a small patch of white on her chest. She can be a bit shy but she loves to play and cuddle. Taiki is very attached to her mother, Sato. Those willing to adopt them together will be given preference. The adoption fees will be reduced as well. Taiki is a super sweet little girl. She is growing up fast with her other 2 sisters who are also up for adoption. Taiki is spayed and fully up to date on her shots. She has also been microchipped. Taiki gets along with the other cats and senior dog in her foster family. She is very attached to her mother and can be found snuggling her in the window on most days. Taiki loves water and watching her foster parents do dishes. She likes to play in her cat fountain too! If you are looking to add a sweet little girl to your family look no further. Taiki will be a very loving companion to whoever adopts her.

Story
Bubbles is a sweet, affectionate little guy who just wants love and attention. We found him as a kitten under our back porch in 2021, and he quickly became part of our busy household with three dogs and two additional cats. He bonded well with our other cats, but he was always frightened of the dogs, so we set up a system where the dogs stayed downstairs and the cats had their own safe space upstairs. Over the past four years, our older kids have moved out, along with the other upstairs cat. Now Bubbles spends most of his time alone upstairs, and he has become so lonely. We don't have the time to give him the companionship he needs, and our remaining kids at home aren't animal people. Bubbles deserves a home where he can be around people or other cats who will give him the affection he craves. We love him deeply and just want him to have the happy, social life he's meant to have.

Story
Little is a female tuxedo kitty with a great personality. She is cuddly, friendly, and brave. She doesn't hide from people and she "talks" a lot. She lays at your feet and flips over for a belly rub. She will let you pick her up. She is small and chubby but full-grown so she will be super cute for life. She will do best in a home where she is the only kitty, and she is indoor only - she doesn't know how to fend for herself outside. We found her and got her healthy. She is available for adoption immediately. If everyone feels like it's a good fit, you can take her home with a large cat tree that smells familiar to her. NOTE: she is indoor only. She is perfectly litter box trained-never had an accident.
