Story
Maxwell is a delightful mix of cuddly and playful. He loves playing by himself, or with other cats or his foster dad, using ribbon toys or mice or the elusive red laser dot. He enjoys conversations, and belly rubs, and cuddles.  We estimate he is about a year old. As a bonus, Maxwell is polydactyl, with an extra little toe on each front paw, between the equivalent of a human thumb and index finger. Since Maxwell was born this way, he is just fine with it and is as active and agile as any other cat. Although it does make him look like he is wearing big white mittens! This little boy loves interacting with other cats and people., and is friendly an outgoing and often very silly. Maxwell was rescued by his foster dad, from a colony where he had recently been abandoned. The colony is cared for every day, and one day Maxwell just appeared, crying for food and terrified of his surroundings. This cool little cat has bounced back from adversity in no time at all, showing just how resilient and smart he is. Pinks Paws for the Cause knows that little Maxwell will be a fantastic addition to his forever home, and that he will become an awesome companion. Maxwell is neutered and up to date on his vaccines. Story
I adopted her from a friend in June 2020 and we've been companies since then. She's a bit timid and may need some time to get used to a new environment or people. Once she gets used to things, she could be very clingy and follow you around. Her favorite activity, like most cats, is sleeping, and you could find her resting at various places. Occasionally she enjoys some plays, like kicking balls and chasing lasers. She's also curious and likes roaming around to explore the place.

Story
My baby Nigel is a sweeeeeeeeet cat. He's super super super addicted to human being. He's like a cat-dog who goes to human for love ALL THE TIME. All of my friends and pet sitters who came to my house were amazed how friendly and "clingy" he is. I took him to travel on the plane across the country and he's chill like a champ. If you'd like a sweet cat who waits for you to come home and shows his belly as soon as you enter the door, and who wants to be held and stays close to you all the time, that's him. Unfortunately my boyfriend is strongly allergic to cats so I want to find a responsible owner to take care of him as well as enjoying his unparallel companion. Nigel is healthy, never had any serious health issues, but he for sure needs a lot of accompany and petting. He's not cool with other cats in the beginning, but will be more friendly over time.

Story
Luna is a sweet baby she loves to cuddle and have play time. She always wants to be near you or in your arms. Unfortunately I am no longer able to keep her due to my living conditions so I genuinely just want her to go to a good home where I know she’ll be taken care of. She is up to date with all her shots. She is nurtured and doesn’t have a specific diet.

Story
Hi, I am looking to rehome my cat, Amelia due to behavioral issues as well as changes in my housing situation. She is a very sweet, independent cat, that will be affectionate to you on her own time. She is a petite (8-10 lb) tuxedo cat and around 4 years old. I adopted her when she was less than 1 year old at the Silicon Valley Humane Society. She was found in a barn and gave birth to a litter. Personality: She is always vocal about her needs, primarily food, and always seems to be eager to eat at any opportunity. If you come home, she will meow. If you get out of the bathroom she will meow. She loves the living room and it is pretty much her domain. She really loves chasing the mouse wand toy and especially with obstacles. Challenges: She is most challenging whenever I am cooking. She is always closeby, sitting on the countertop or on top of the refrigerator looking at my meal preparation. If i am not looking she would sneak in a bite and run away with her prize.

Story
Sweet Sweet Beau’Hannon was named by his foster dad because he is slick, cool and smart. He is a vocal, playful and affectionate boy that will play for a long time with his foster dad. Any string, wand toys or by himself with small toys, will do . Beau will also make up his own games when playing with his bonded brother, TC. Beau is a show off and like to display his acrobatic skills & his awesome hunting skills by catching flies mid air, even when there aren’t any there  He also really loves sitting on his cat tree in the sun and looking out the window. Beau is one of those cats that are just insatiable for love and attention from his people. He will keep you company on the couch and will just want to be near you at all times.  Beau is very food motivated but only 7 pounds. His fur is crazy soft and luxurious thanks to special food that his foster dad feeds him for extra nutrition. We have Beau and his brother TC listed as special needs as they require a special family, who love cats and who understand the trauma they experienced when they were kittens. Both Beau and TC are doing beautifully in foster and will be easy to care for. We estimate that Beau and TC are about 2 years old - they were both raised with people since they were kittens , but their first 15 months were difficult, and dare we say, awful. They were not treated well and were possibly abused. They both frighten easily because of that but once they trust you, they get over their past very easily. They are both so sweet, there is no lashing out, they just crave love now. These boys don't need a good home, they need a GREAT home. If you have love, and sweetness to give, you can give these boys the family they deserve and be part of their amazing rescue story. Both boys are neutered and up to date on their vaccinations. Both have tested negative for FiV/FeLV. Fill out our adoption questionnaire so you can meet them in person at their foster home in San Mateo, CA https://form.jotform.com/pinkpawsftc/adoptionMarch 24, 2024, 10:12 pm
