Meet Trisha! I was found outside, stray, as a kitten with my brother, Sunny. Luckily l am a healthy, happy, young girl who is ready for my big life ahead of me. I am a little shy of new people, but to anyone I know I love cuddles and play time! My favorite things are sitting on my cat trees, looking out the window, playing with toys (and hands), and food time. I can be adopted to a home with other cats, as long as they are all friendly, I’ve never met a dog, and I do hide at first in new environments. A year and a half ago, I found him at the animal shelter, a tiny bundle of fur with eyes that seemed to speak volumes. From the moment we locked eyes, I knew he was meant to be mine. He quickly became more than just a pet; he became my confidant, my source of joy on the toughest days. But fate, it seems, had other plans. After six months together, my body began to betray me with allergies so severe that even the briefest touch left me gasping for air. The pain of this realization was eclipsed only by the sorrow in his eyes when I could no longer hold him close or chase after him in playful bouts. It's a cruel irony that the very thing that brought us together now threatens to tear us apart. And so, with a heavy heart and tears streaming down my cheeks, I search for a new home for him, one where his playful spirit will be cherished, and where allergies won't stand in the way of the love he deserves.

Mika is a beautiful young kitty. Gorgeous American Shorthair. She is a tabby tuxedo. Two and a half years old, she has been bonded with house mate Bali. They spent the most of last year in someone's basement and it wasn't easy for them to get socialized with the people who owned the house. We had them bring them upstairs into the house to be a part of the family and they have warmed up as we knew they would. They are not able to stay where they have been, so we are looking for a non-smoking home for them so they can live a normal, loving family life in the sunlight and warm of a loving home with people who will make them family members. They like people, maybe a little slow to warm up once we move them to a forever home. Right now they are healthy and ready for a family of their own.
