Story
Luna is a 4–5-year-old former farm kitten with a very sweet and quirky personality. I’m looking for a new home for her due to a difficult family situation that makes it impossible for me to give her the care and stability she deserves. Luna is clingy in a loving way — she likes to be near you, follow you around, and nap close by. She can be shy at first, but once she feels safe, she becomes very playful, energetic, and silly. She especially loves to play fetch, hide in tight spaces, and relax in quiet areas. Luna is gentle and easy to handle — not aggressive, okay with baths, and nail trims are easiest right after a bath when she’s relaxed. Overall, she’s a loyal, cuddly cat who thrives in a calm home with someone patient, and loving.

Story
I bottle fed and raised this cat from 2 weeks old. She’s fixed and chipped and one of the most loving huggable lap cats I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, she’s also terrified of most other cats and hides. Giving her her own space has become more and more difficult and I know she’d be happier in a home where she’s a solo kitty or maybe one other with plenty of space. She does ok with my two small dogs who respect her space. Do you want the perfect loving cat? Bitzy is for you!

Story
Luna is a quiet and sweet older cat that likes to be with people. Purrs a lot. She is not really a lap cat, but loves to sit next to people. She also liked our dog. She was a rescue when we adopted her 12 years ago. She has been an indoor / outdoor cat her whole life, but has been spending more time indoors and napping as she gets older. She is chubby due to hyperthyroidism. We had been giving her medication for that for a few years. When she is inside she does use the litter box, but recently sometimes poops immediately outside the box for some unknown reason. (not always). We are looking at moving internationally soon and would like to find a nice home for her. Luna has had vet care and is up-to-date on shots. She has been spayed. She is missing a few teeth from when she was a stray. She is hard of hearing now too. She is generally quiet and takes naps but does love to eat and will ask for food often.

Story
This is sweet Phoenix. Please see how beautiful he looks now after receiving love and care from this foster! Phoenix is a very special kitty with some special needs. Phoenix was found on a country road on a freezing cold day this past winter. He literally ran to the truck his foster mom was in when it stopped at a stop sign. Phoenix began trying to climb the truck - he was that desperate for help. His foster - who must have been placed there by divine intervention, opened the door and scooped him up. He was skeletal and very sick. She took him home and she and her boyfriend worked to warm him and keep him alive. The boyfriend slept on the bathroom floor the first few nights to keep him company and to keep an eye on him. His story is very long, but it was discovered that he is diabetic and has hyperthyroidism. He has been on meds for both and is doing great. His new family would need to be willing to care for his special medical needs. He is a docile, sweet, cuddly and lovable boy. He loves all other animals, children and never creates any problems. He takes his medicine easily and it truly just the sweetest boy ever. He will eventually need a dental cleaning and maybe a couple of teeth pulled. He is neutered and up to date on all vaccines. Phoenix is a kitty who saw his last chance for help when he saw that truck and ran to it. How he knew the people inside were exactly the people he needed in that remote location is hard to comprehend. But he has come back to life from the brink of death, with the love and care of his foster family. Please contact Janine the Bean Rescue if you'd like to meet this incredibly sweet boy. ========================================================== Janine the Bean All of our cats/kittens will be spayed/neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccines, FeLV tested, deflead, and dewormed as part of the adoption process.
