Story
We adopted Tucker in 2018 at six weeks old from the Avery County Humane Society. We are moving to another home because my mom has had cancer and she is coming to live with us. Tucker has been living with other cats and is very stressful because of it. He needs a home where he can be the only cat and be loved on. He loves to be rubbed and he will sit in your lap only on his own terms. He does not like to be picked up and held, but he loves rubs and loves to march on soft blankets.

Story
Hello this is Phantom! He is a friendly flame-point kitty who is two years old! I’ve had him since he was a kitten and I lived on my own for quite some time, but recently due to my own circumstances had to move back home with my family who also owns cats. Phantom is very family friendly, but doesn’t get along with other cats. He’s fond of new people and gets along well with children. He’s also a pretty calm cat and has a very sweet meow. He likes playing with wands especially the feathery ones and those cat gogurt things LOL he used to live with a dog as well and he was fine with it. As long as properly introduced I think he will be okay with dogs. He really likes attention like petting and being talked to, he also can be picked up. He usually likes being held and he likes his butt pats. He’s always been a sweet cat, but I think it would be in his best interest to live with someone that might not have a cat and would love the company of one. Thank you for your time!

Story
Milo (6) is the definition of an easy cat! He requires food, water, snuggles, and a good couch to lounge on! I adopted him as a kitten and he has never been a problem. He is a smidge overweight, but hey… just more to love! The only reason we are looking to rehome him is due to my husband’s severe and worsening allergies and an increasingly busier schedule as we are looking to start a family soon. We want him to get the time and love he deserves from a family, couple, or individual that is in a better season than us and is not affected by the dander and fur. We are willing to travel to the right person and can provide any and all supplies we have for him for the transition. (food, litter box, etc.)

Story
Shirkan is very friendly and so good with kids and people and loves the attention. He loves to say hello with a meow when sees his owners. Enjoys watching kids playing outdoors and likes to hang out with them and owners. Had him for about 2.5 years from the time he was a kitten. His current rest/night bed is indoors (laundry room that he has temporary access from outside) but he is mostly outdoors. If he could he would definitely be indoors, but we can’t have pets in the house. He always tries to sneak in though. ☺️ Also loves to stay warm. He would sit on the floor vent to get warm, especially now when it’s cold. We like to travel long periods and finding a sitter for cat is an issue and we can’t keep him indoors either so it’s become an issue with keeping him. Plus the owner is not ok with any pets in the house even in the laundry room. Need to re-home ASAP.

Story
Sandy is a rescue. Someone turned her in. She has had some health issues but nothing major. She has lost some teeth due to not good hygiene from when I got her. She has had vet visits and is up to date on her shots. She has received flea meds too. Our younger cat and my disabled child have become too much for Sandy. She needs a calm environment where she can relax and be her lazy self. She loves to lay near the windows. She loves cuddles and sleeping. I would like to find her a good home where she can be relaxed.

Story
Hi I’m Garfield. I was captured from my cat colony with my brother and sister, both have been adopted. I’m a sweet boy, but a little timid. Please be patient with me as I come out of my shell. I may be a little shy during the day but I promise I will love bomb you at night and smother you with kisses while you are sleeping. I umay nibble on your hair too. My love language is foooood, I love wet canned food and wet treats. This is the way to my big beautiful heart. I’m about 6 months old, have been neutered and given a rabies shot, humans can be so cruel. I’m looking for my calm and peaceful forever home full of love, safety, and lots of food! Will you give me a chance? I’ve had a rough start in the element surrounded by predators, but I think I will end up somewhere very special where I will be very happy. I have never been around dogs…but would probably be terrified of them. I am house trained! :D
