Meet Ronald Weasley—Ronnie! We adopted him at 8 weeks old in fall 2022, and he will be 4 soon. Ronnie is a handsome, gentle boy who gets along with our other cats and husky. Unfortunately, our busy household has become overwhelming for him, and we believe he deserves a calmer home where he can thrive. Ronnie is shy around most people but has a special bond with our daughter. He sleeps in her room, cries at the door until she lets him in, responds to his name, and loves being petted and cuddled once he feels safe. He is also quite the talker! Ronnie is easily startled by loud noises, quick movements, unfamiliar people, car rides, and the outdoors. He would do best in a quiet, patient home—ideally adults-only or with calm older children—where he can adjust at his own pace. He has not seen a vet in almost two years because leaving home is extremely stressful for him, so he will need updated veterinary care.

Lucy is an amazing cat. I have had her since she was a kitten. She is very adaptable as I have moved from an apartment to a home and she has done well. She is good with dogs, she may not become their best friend but she will tolerate them! Unfortunately my daughter is severely allergic to Lucy. We have had to keep them separate and it breaks my heart. I just want to find her a good home.

Miel is an affectionate and loving cat but also likes her own space at times. She doesn’t mind to be picked up 95% of the time and lets you hold her like a baby. She loves to rub her head/side of mouth area on any and everything, including your hands no matter what you’re doing. Miel also loves to sunbathe and watch the outdoors. She’s a very chill cat for the most part. She seems food obsessed as in she sniffs the ground a lot for food even if she has food in her bowl so food needs to be put up with her around. (She’s gotten into a pizza box that was barely left alone for a few minutes). She does have allergies to something but i’m not sure what it is. I did go to the vet where they gave her medicine that helped but it was only a temporary solution as she cannot take that medicine for the rest of her life. So please make sure the funds for her allergies are taken into account when looking to adopt her.

Riggs is as sweet and as curious as they come. Very affectionate, loving, and friendly. Get along well with other cats.

She’s a girl with plenty of personality who enjoys cuddles when she’s in the mood, but also appreciates some alone time when she needs it. She’ll definitely let you know what she wants! She loves friendly dogs who are kind and respectful toward her, but she prefers to be the only cat in the home and doesn’t do well sharing her space with other cats. Need to rehome Zaffer His bonded pair “brother” died a year ago and he’s definitely missing the companionship of other cats. He’s never been lovey towards me and doesn’t cuddle with me. He’s litter trained and eats dry food but is otherwise kinda feral. I truly believe that a better human with a new feline friend would make him so much happier. I really feel bad that he chooses to hide in one upstairs bedroom when he has free rein over the house and I’d love nothing more than to have him cuddle with me. Again, I think he’s smart and sweet at heart. He just needs someone better able to break through his shell. My living situation is also changing and I can no longer keep him. To be clear I’m not rehoming him because he doesn’t cuddle with me. I am moving and cannot take him. I just want to be honest about his behavior. Is anyone up to the challenge of winning over this little guy? In the Matthews area but willing to arrange adoption in the greater Charlotte area.
