Story
Trix is a super sweet tuxedo kitty who doesn't let her missing leg slow her down. We've had her for 2.5 years after adopting her from a shelter and our other kitty does not get along with her. We've tried everything to get our tabby to get along and nothing worked. We love Trix. She loves to be pet and will come right up demanding pets. She is good around kids and allows our 3 year old to pet her. She is vocal and loves to have conversations. She does have a touch of that tuxedo sass but it only shows up in her dislike of being picked up and the occasional warning nibble if she doesn't want to be pet. She loves to play with pretty much anything she can find and also loves to run around. She is capable of going up and down stairs and does not have any issues getting around due to her missing leg. You will never find her on one of your counters because that is the only thing high enough she can't jump up on ( she can get up onto chairs and the cat tower fine).

Story
Rosie is a very sweet and loving girl who likes to have one on one attention. She would do best in a home where there are no other animals. However, she is great with adults and kids. She does like her alone time in her cat tree and loves to play with toys that are on strings or have feathers. she loves to sit on the windowsill and sun and watch the birds. She also loves to cuddle at bedtime and lay with you in the bed whether you let her under the covers or sleep on your chest. Her behavioral issues come from our male cat that has been around since she was a kitten, they do not get along, and we have tried everything to make her comfortable however, she would do much better living in a household with no other animals. Please message me with any questions and I’m happy to answer them!

Story
My partner has had Snuffles for almost 6 years but we have found ourselves needing to find her a new loving home. She is very anxious around our other cats and will hide from them often so we are hoping to find her a home where she is the only cat to give her a more comfortable life, but she has shown to get along with cats who can respect her boundaries. Unfortunately, due to our other cats stalking her she has struggled to use a shared litter box which is one of the reasons we think a 1-cat household could be best for her. She has however lived with dogs for several years and does not seem to be bothered by them if they are calm. She is an excellent emotional support animal (she is a registered ESA currently) and regularly will come to cuddle, hug, or head bump if the humans she’s bonded with are upset and she enjoys sleeping above one’s head at night. She is very playful for a cat her age and despite the occasional wheezing from a hairball, has shown no signs of aging or illness.

Story
We have had Murphy since she was a kitten - adopted in Ca. She is a beautiful tortoiseshell/calico mix. She is very loving and sweet when no other cat is in the house. She will lay in your lap and purr instantly. She's confident, curious and not too shy of new people. She is very communicative and will wrap around your legs to say hello. We moved to NC and took in another female from a kill shelter. We moved to an area that has a lot of community cats and we foster kittens that we trap and took in a sick friendly community cat to nurse him back to health. This is causing her anxiety, frustration, she is scared and not handling all of the changes well even though we have followed the appropriate introductions. I feel that it is our responsibility to protect her, but I can not rehome everyone. It's not an easy decision. We have a Golden Retriever and she is fine with him but may not like a dog that wants to play, I want to find her a loving home so that she can thrive and feel safe.

Story
Jack born with a sister named Little Missy. You will see her pics on this website. They are so attached to each other since birth and have never been separated. I would love for them to be adopted together. They are about 7 to 8 weeks old. I have appts for them to receive shots. I am willing to go ahead and cover that. They both have to wait until they weigh at least 3 pounds to get fixed. They were taken in from the mother when they were 4 weeks old. They are so tame, general, and playful. They do already have a sleeping and feeding schedule and are litter box trained. They are also playpen trained for sleeping through the night. If the adoptive person is willing to use my vet, then I am willing to also cover their spay and neuter. I am also willing to pick them up and take them to my vet for their appointments. The most important thing that I need in someone adopting is that the kittens are keep strictly indoors. They have missed out on any survival skills and can’t survive outside.

Story
Little Missy is about 50% white and 50% gray. She is super gentle and lady like. She is playful and extremely attached to her brother Jack. They have never been separated. They are about 7 to 8 weeks old. They were taken from the mother and brought inside since they were 4 weeks old. They need to be strictly indoor cats because they were taken in so young that they have no survival skills to survive outside. I would love for them to be adopted together. You will see pics of Jack on this same website. They are litter box and playpen trained. They have appts for shots and need to wait until they are 3 pounds to be spayed or neutered. If the adoptive person is willing to use my vet, I would be willing to cover the shots. When they are mature enough for their spay and neuter I will cover that as well as long as the adoptive person is willing to use my vet. I want the best happiest life for them. So I am even willing to pick them up and drop them back when their appts come up.

Story
Maia, a female shorthair black young adult, is a part of our group called The Constellations. She was brought indoors after having a litter of kittens, so that they could grow up safely in our care. She is a bonded pair with her sister, Electra, and together the two have raised their babies together. They even nursed and groomed them all. :) We estimate her birth month to be December 2021.    Maia is cautiously affectionate -- she is still a protective mama learning to fully trust humans. When you walk in the room, she might be hidden or attempt to hide, but if you sit with her, she'll come out chirp and ask for pets. The more she trusts you, the more she'll sit beside you -- she craves affection, she's just cautious. She likes to lounge and take long naps when her babies don't need her, and likes bird watching with the windows open.  She has had exposure to other cats, toddlers & school aged children and does well around all. She is required to go home with her bonded sister, Electra. We believe they will make excellent pets -- and we have a very special place in our heart for our mamas that worked so hard to raise their babies. We are confident their purrfect family is out there -- and will give these two sweethearts the love, patience and life of luxury they deserve.  As a bonded pair, their rate is discounted to $300. Maia has started her vaccinations (Fel/FeLV negative and vaccinated, FVRCP and rabies), has been spayed, microchipped, and received her 1-year rabies vaccine.
