American Shorthair kittens & cats in East Palestine, Ohio

I recently moved to the area (near Queens, NYC!) and almost immediately Sanjay and his friend Jenkins started coming by. After inquiring locally, I learned that he and the other cat have been around for a couple of years, so he is at least 2 years old but probably less than 5. He and Jenkins are both very friendly and accept pets from me. Being so friendly, they deserve to be spoiled, fat and happy in a loving home! They are clearly bonded and need to be kept together! They do growl at other neighborhood cats but they interact with my three cats peacefully (through the screen door, as pictured) so they could potentially get along with other pets when properly integrated. Just to be clear, these two cats are currently STRAYS and I am unaware of any prior medical care. Sanjay appears to have a clipped ear, but it is unclear whether he has been neutered. For the right home, I would be willing to get them checked out prior to adoption.

Copernicus needs a new home! I rescued him as a stray kitten in 2013 and he’s a great cat who loves to be pet and loves attention. He’s lived in the Midwest, PNW, NYC, and now he’s a resident of SW PA—he’s had some adventures with me! I’m currently unable to keep him so he’s been with my family and they are at capacity with pets and can no longer foster him. I’m hoping to have luck here because he’s a great cat who deserves love and a great home. A comfortable place to nap, really ;) Copernicus is up to date on his shots. He suffered a bad blockage of crystals several years ago and had to have surgery, so now he eats a specific diet for his urinary health. Please reach out with any questions! Hi! My name is lucky. I’m around 2.5 months old, black & white color, & my favorite thing ever, is playing with my siblings! I love all ball & plush toys, I love to lay in & on top of any box my mom gives me, & I love meal time! Wet food in particular is SOOO GOOD! I love all flavors I’ve tried so far. I also love my Purina dry food. I’ve done well with both clay & pellet litter, & I am litter-trained! My ideal home would have another kitten friend, or I can take any of my siblings to my furever home with me! While I am shy at first, I do like to sit and watch life go on around me! I love to be high up & can climb up & down almost anything. I love open space to run and play, but I do sit calm after a short while & let my mom pet me. I especially love playing with my grey sister puuurcy! Lucky & her siblings are almost finished with their vaccines. Lucky is set to get spayed October 3rd. She has been dewormed & flea treated. She is available for foster To adopt, until all medical requirements are completed, which means you can bring me home! & care for me if you’re approved, but you won’t officially be my mom or dad, until I’ve been cleared medically. If you’re willing to give me a home, I’d love to meet you!

Hi! My name is puurcy. I’m the sweetest & most gentle out of my siblings. I love to run around and play, but I also let my mom hold me & I enjoy sitting with her! I don’t intimidate other cats when I first meet them & I just love to be happy, whether it’s playing or relaxing, I will fit right in.

Meet Momma Bear! She is my most vocal kitty. She tells you exactly what and when she’s out of water, food, wants a toy, wants to cuddle, which is often! She and her baby, Puuurcy, are both the most affectionate cats I have at this time. They both love to just hang out together or separate. But if you give momma a laser or a scratch post, she will go to town! Overall you can’t go wrong with this one. She’s beautiful, fun, cuddly, chill & overall a collective favorite.

Desmond is the sweetest, most affectionate cat I've ever known. He is motivated by affection, and where my other cat screams for her breakfast the minute she hears signs of life in the morning, he's politely asking you to come out to the sofa so he can have a hug. If it were up to him, he would sit on or near you all day long. He thrives on affection, gentility, and kindness. Unfortunately, our other cat is a demon. We LOVE her. She's hilarious and so smart. But she's also controlling and dominant, and Desmond is completely timid by nature, and she torments him. They have lived together since 8 weeks old, and after trying every trick in the book, our final option for his peace and happiness is to try finding him a home separate from her. He is our choice for rehoming since he is so ridiculously easy to love. Desmond is a 7 year-old dilute orange tabby. He has no behavioral issues. We think he would be an incredible fit for anyone with a quiet, peaceful home.
