American Shorthair kittens & cats in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania

We got Bagheera as a 10 week old kitten. He is a little over a year old now. He is a very good cat and he is very cute! However my household has changed and life has become too complicating and unaffordable to keep him. I recently had a newborn and taking care of my partially disabled father along with 3 other children. I have another cat who is my first cat and about 3 1/2 years old and he is on prescription cat food both dry and wet which has become very expensive. I cannot continue to afford diff diets nor can I afford to let them both eat the same food. Bagheera constantly steels the prescripted food from my other cat, costing me dbl the servings a day. And although a good cat, he has become even more skittish with my father moving in and the new baby. I tried feliway and several other things and it did not seem to make a diff. I truly feel a new home with a calmer setting would suit him well and he will be more relaxed.

Blackie is Shy. Loves attention on his terms. Affectionate when he gets used to you. Loves to play!

Bubbles loves to play. He gets along with other animals. He is affectionate.

Smokey loves to play. Very affectionate and loves to snuggle especially under the blanket.

Wonderful friendly pet!. Loves to cuddle. Feed her regularly and she will beyour best friend forever.! Will include food, litter boxes, and any supplies I have left.

Parker is a stray that was living under our house this past spring, one day it was storming and he ran into house and hasn't left. He must have had a hard time being a stray because his one ear is a little scarred and he has a very timid personality with other cats. He loves his humans and his cozy cat bed. He loves pets, treats and windows. I think he would be fine around kids, after an adjustment period because he just wants love. He is socialized with other cats. He is litterbox trained. We live in an area where strays are very common. We've tried to help as many as we can. My living situation is changing & I can't take all the cats with me, which breaks my heart. I can help out Parker's new family with a starter kit of sorts. A used but clean litterbox, some food, a bag of litter, his favorite bed and 1 month of flea and tick treatment for the warmer months coming up. Thank you for considering this sweet boy.
