Story
Meet Big Boy! At around 88 pounds, he certainly lives up to his name — but he’s truly a gentle giant at heart. Big Boy is affectionate, mellow, and generally a very quiet boy. He’s done well with many dogs and even lived in a foster home with 10+ dogs of all sizes, though he can be a little dog-selective at times. He can be strong on leash when he wants to be, but generally walks well and he tires out quickly. He loves toys and enjoys hanging out with his people and is a fun loving boy. He does display minor resource guarding with his food and toys, and will give a small fair warning if you try and take them while he is engaged with them. So please no small children. Otherwise he is a fantastic boy with so much love to give. Come meet this sweet, steady Big Boy at our shelter!

Story
Meet Milo! Milo was returned to us when his family faced unforeseen housing issues and unfortunately couldn`t care for him. Milo is about 11 years old now and about 65 to 70 pounds (though he could be a bit less chunky). He has known what it is like to be a beloved family member and would love to return to a loving home as soon as possible. Despite his age, Milo still has some spunk and enjoys going on walks and playing in the water. He loves people, is very affectionate and has done great with kids. He lived with another dog, and has done well in the past, though he has gotten crankier in his older age and doesn`t want to be bothered as much by other dogs. He may do well in a home with a calm, respectful female dog. And he would thrive as an only dog as well. Cats are unknown. Come meet this sweet older dude at our shelter and help make his stay a short one!

Story
Meet Biff!Biff is a handsome 3-year-old boy weighing approximately 55–60 pounds with a medium energy level and a personality that is sure to make you smile. This sweet, affectionate guy absolutely loves people and will happily flop over for belly rubs at the slightest bit of attention.Biff is a goofy, fun-loving dog who enjoys being around his people and soaking up affection. While he enjoys walks and playtime, he tires out fairly quickly and is more than happy to relax and enjoy some cuddles once he`s had a little exercise.Biff does well with other dogs of similar size and enjoys having canine companions to play with. However, because he can play a little rough and has shown some prey drive, he would do best in a home without small dogs or cats.Like many young dogs, Biff is still working on polishing some of his manners. He would benefit from continued training and guidance. Because of this, we think he would do best in a home with older children who can help reinforce appropriate boundaries and behavior.Overall, Biff is an incredibly sweet boy with a silly personality, a heart full of love, and so much potential. With a little consistency and effort, he`s sure to shine in the right home.Come meet Biff at our shelter and see if he`s the perfect match for your family!

Story
Meet Dunkin!Dunkin is a 3-year-old, 54-pound American Staffordshire Terrier with a stocky build, striking two-toned eyes, and a unique fawn merle coat that is sure to turn heads. He originally came to Fresno Bully Rescue from Stanislaus Animal Services after being found as a stray.Dunkin has a medium energy level and enjoys getting out for walks, where he does well on leash. He is a social guy who gets along with other dogs and would love a family that can continue helping him build on his good manners. One of Dunkin`s most lovable qualities is his silly, affectionate personality. He loves spending time with his people and is always ready to make you laugh with his goofy antics. Beneath his playful side, Dunkin can also be a very sweet and sensitive boy who enjoys attention and forming close bonds with his people.Although we don`t know much about his past, Dunkin appears to have been someone`s house dog at one point. He already has some basic manners and, from what we`ve observed, seems to be at least partially potty trained. He settles into routines well and enjoys being part of the action with his people.Because he can become a little mouthy when he gets overly excited, we think he would be best suited for a home with older children who can help reinforce appropriate play and boundaries. If you`re looking for a handsome, fun-loving companion with a unique look, a goofy personality, and a sweet, sensitive heart, Dunkin may be the perfect match for you!
