Story
Robin is ~7yo. We love her so much, but we cannot keep her for health reasons. Robin loves to play & she is very social. She LOVES to go places - walks, car rides, going to the hardware store, going for a play date, you name it...she wants to be with you. She wants to see people/places/things/other dogs. She does not do other small animals (other than small dogs…those are fine) - so no bunnies, cats, turtles, etc. She is great with kids. She is as sweet as can be with kids. She has been trained. She is also crate trained and does not get on furniture. We love her, and we know you will too. She needs a forever home.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Resident since April 2018Hello, my name is Amora. I have been told how beautiful I am, and I cannot deny that it's the truth:)  I have been at PRBJ for over 5 years waiting for my forever home.  I know that is a really long time, more than half of my life. I am a great girl just ask anyone at the rescue center. I need time to get to know a person and trust them, but once I do, I will love you forever. I never forget those that love me.  I am a little older now and really would just like a home that I can relax with my human. I am good on the leash, but really don't like going too far...but maybe if I had a great person to walk me and keep me safe, I would enjoy walking.  I DO NOT like other animals (cats, dogs, birds, squirrels, etc), so my ideal home would need to pet free.... although I think I wouldn't mind a fish. I DO NOT like new people, so I would need a home that only has 1-2 ADULTS ONLY with very limited traffic in order to keep me and them safe. Please don't let any of this discourage you from wanting to adopt me. I know the right person is out there and the staff at the center is willing to work with us to ensure I get to the right home. It will take time for you to come in and meet me a few times, but I can guarantee I am worth it.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 5, 2024, 10:40 pm

Story
I acquired Tory through a rescue in Colorado and she was very fun and playful. She got along great with other dogs as we frequently went to the dog park and took regular walks. When Tory was about a year, she got impregnated with my other dog and unfortunately had a miscarriage and an infection from the miscarriage, she was taken into emergency surgery and was spayed that day as well. Tory had to be separated for about 2 weeks as the dogs she is around are very playful and she needed time to heal. When reintroduced to the dogs she showed aggression. This was heartbreaking as I have to constantly keep her away from the others and it breaks my heart to see her quality of life suffer. After seeing vets and trainers, I was told it was not a guarantee that she would be able to interact with other dogs without aggression again. I am in need of a caring, loving family that is looking to love Tory as much as I do.

Story
IRIS would do best in an adult only home. He likes his space and as long as he has his ball he is happy as can be. He is heartworm positive but he is being treated for it at the cost of the rescue. This boy is so sweet and deserves the chance to have a loving family.
