She’s great with other dogs — especially the chill, tolerant kind who don’t mind her playful button-pushing antics. While she gets along with everyone she meets, Marrietta definitely brings the spice, so a dog friend who can roll with her bold personality would be ideal. Marrietta is also refreshingly independent. She’s not the clingy, in-your-face affectionate type — she prefers doing her own thing and coming in for connection on her terms. Warhol is a very friendly, loving, and loyal companion. He is silly and adorable. He loves food, treats, walks, playing in the yard, and cuddles. He is particularly fond of his toys, and is very energetic. Warhol enjoys food, treats, toys, walks, attention, and cuddling. Warhol would thrive in a single-pet household, and thrives with adults. Warhol is best in a home with a fenced yard as he likes to explore. Warhol is trained to sit, shake, high-five, lie down, place, and be gentle. He often displays what is called a submissive smile (A non-aggressive facial expression used to convey friendliness, appeasement, and that they are a non-threat). It looks intimidating, but he is either being silly or trying to apologize for being ornery. Warhol is up to date on all Vet exams and vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. Warhol requires being the only pet. He is not consistently aggressive with other animals, but he does have issues with jealousy. This is the reason we are re-homing him.

Unfortunately, due to my new job schedule I am looking to rehome my boy, Spike. He’s a 3 year old 55 pound Lab/Boxer/Am Staffordshire terrier mix. He’s neutered, potty trained, and listens well indoors. He loves to play and cuddle. He’s good with other animals, he’s lived with cats and been around dogs before. Spike is also a little shy and doesn’t like loud noises. He’s had all his shots and vaccines. I give him heartguard every month. He’s been very well taken care of. He was last seen at the vet in May. We just moved here from New Jersey a few months ago, so his main vet was at Wayne Animal Hospital in New Jersey and I’ve tried everything to make accommodations for him with my new schedule here in Illinois. $50 rehoming fee just to show you can pay for his food for the month (which I will be giving you a supply of as well as his toys, bed, and treats.)

Meet Kane! This guy is the happiest dog you’ll ever meet! He is a 43 lb boxer mix with the boxer hop (if you know, you know) and jowls. The tail is always wagging and the smiles are usually happening. He looks good in clothes and doesn’t mind a fashion show. Independent play is something he is capable of BUT he loves his canine friends and playtime with them. He is dog friendly and likes kids! Lap sitting is another favorite thing. He will curl right in and give you ALL his love! Kane is so joyous and full of empathy, he will be a fantastic addition to your home! (Born Dec 2024)
