Story
Dixie is a lover. She is very high energy and only 3 years old. She doesn't have much experience with other animals other a few times with some cats and dogs rarely and did well but short periods of time supervised. She is amazing with kids and will follow you everywhere trying to be your little helper. She was abandoned onto me without notice or permission and with my schedule and travel cannot care for her or give her the attention she needs. I have to rehome her ASAP but it must be a good home with loving people who will give her hugs and attention. Her birthday I know is october 28th she will be 4 this year. Space to run and play is a huge need for her. She is a bit of a puller on the leash as she struggles to contain her excitement to play and explore. She has been off leash a few times and did well but I never left her sight and not for any extended periods of time. I often call her bear and she responds to that name as well.

This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to write. I'm looking for a loving, experienced home for my 5-year-old pit bull mix, Louie. She has been with me since she was 6 weeks old and is deeply loved. This is not a decision I've made lightly. Louie is wonderful with people. She loves attention, cuddling, playing fetch and tug, and being close to her person. At home she's calm, affectionate, and happiest curled up beside you after a day of play. However, Louie is reactive to other animals. She becomes very anxious around dogs and has a strong prey drive toward small animals. Recently she seriously injured another dog, and I can no longer safely manage the risk. Because of that, Louie needs: An adult-only or dog-savvy home. To be the only pet. A securely fenced yard. Someone experienced with reactive dogs who is willing to continue her training and management. I am not asking for a rehoming fee because my priority is finding the right fit, not

He's a quick learner, too he already has "sit" down perfectly, and staff are working with him on not jumping up when he gets excited (which, let's be honest, is often, he's just happy to see you!). McGee also takes part in scent work as part of his enrichment routine, and he'd love an adopter who's willing to keep that going with him, it's a great way to keep that busy brain engaged. He's neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped ready to bring his zoomies and enthusiasm to his forever home!
