Story
Meet Bailey. She is full of LOVE and needs a loving home. We rescued her from a shelter 3 years ago and they did not know much about her, they thought she was around 2 at the time, we believe she is around 7-9 years old currently. She is mixed breed, and we don't know for sure, but shelter listed her as American Staffordshire. She seems to have a hunter instinct towards small animals like cats, bunnies, etc. so no homes with cats. She is very sweet, but won't do well in a loud, active home with small kids She is good with older, calm children. She shakes with storms and wind. She does sleep in bed with us, and often likes to Burrough under the covers. She prefers warmer weather, and the one thing the shelter told us was that she came from "the south". In the winter, she will only go outside to use the bathroom and then right back inside. She would love a home where the owners are around all/most of the day. A fenced yard would be best. She does not like water.

Story
Sweet and loving girl, 3 years old. Unfortunately just do not have the time for her anymore. I want her to go to a home that can give her adequate attention and free time. She is extremely friendly, loves people and animals. She does well with cats and children. She has play dates with other dogs and does very well. Likes to hop around like a bunny. She enjoys going on adventures and car rides. Loves doing zoomies through the yard. She is a big cuddle bug. She is microchipped. Up to date on rabies and distemper, I have both her registration tag and her microchip information. She is fixed.

Story
Hello! I'm Derry, a handsome Staffy and gentle giant looking for my forever family. Weighing in at about 85 pounds, I'm solid muscle, but don't let that scare you! I'm a gentle, smart and loving boy who always wants to be near my family. Some would even call me a 'velcro dog.' I was picked up on the streets of Flint and taken to the Genesee County Animal Control, so my exact age is unknown, but they guess I'm around 6. I am currently hanging out in Marshall, Michigan waiting for my forever family.I currently live with my foster mom and dad and three other dogs. From the moment I walked into my foster home, I've been respectful of my foster parents and furry siblings, getting along famously with all of them. Plus, I absolutely love going for walks and I ride great in the car! I’d love a home with a fenced-in yard, but it’s not a necessity to adopt me. I like kids, but I haven’t been exposed to any cats yet.So, what do you say, are you ready to bring this big hunk home? I'm perfection in every way - sweet, smart, loyal and lovable. Not only am I a dapper fella, but I'm also housebroken, crate-trained, neutered, up-to-date on all my shots, microchipped and my adoption fee is $300.Questions? Email projecthoperescue@gmail.com. If you're ready for a beautiful, gentle giant to join your family, please fill out the adoption application by visiting our website at www.projecthoperescue.org. I can't wait to meet you and start making memories together!July 25, 2024, 9:09 pm
