Karen is an outgoing and energetic -8yr old dog who loves belly rubs and lots of attention. She is currently in her original home due to lack of foster space therefore we will also accept foster home inquiries. Karen will need a home free of other animals. She is comfortable being crated and is a friendly dog with all people. Karen enjoys leash walks but otherwise doesn't require a lot of entertainment. She will play with toys and chews but most of all simply loves the company of humans. Located in Battle Creek, MI. PM www.facebook.com/allspecieskinship for fastest replies. Story
Felicity (aka Peppers) is just the most wonderful dog. She came to us from another county that was overwhelmed with rescues. Peppers was just so afraid but now has come right out of that shell. She loves her people and is also a great little watch dog. Housebroken. Playful and energetic. She does amazing with the other dogs and enjoys playing with them. Also great with cats. She is still a little bit of a chewer although not destructive so will need plenty of toys. Visible fenced yard required. She will need an owner that is home a lot and can help to build her self confidence in the beginning. She has adjusted well to home life and you will often find her sleeping with one of her people. We suspect she will be a year old at the end of May. For the best response, please call or text 269 753 5400 We have had a DNA test done. Felicity appears to be part Border Collie or Boston Terrier but DNA test does not agree!

Story
Hello, meet Jasmine, or as I call her...Jazzy because her wiggly tail and butt never stops! It is adorable! I am currently fostering a Staffordshire mix puppy/dog. She turned 1 in March. Jasmine Jazzy was in a bad situation, so we took her in until we could find her an amazing home. Jazzy's new family will be required to allow a home check, demonstration they are able to provide for a dog and time with her first. I am not "giving her away" randomly. I do not want her to end up in a similar situation to her last experience. Jazzy is still a puppy with puppy energy. She requires basic training. She loves playing and is a VERY happy dog. Jazzy has interacted with 2 of my dogs, 1 playing with her extensively. She tries playing with our cat. She doesn't understand that cats don't play like dogs. She has never hurt the cat. She is learning. I have not seen her with small kids. She would probably knock them down until she learns. She would do amazing with an active family.

Story
Miss Manners is looking to be your new bestie! She loves to be with her fam and go everywhere and do everything they are doing! She loves car rides and will sit or sleep in the car if left alone. She is a laid back girl walking and will sit quietly if you stop to chat or take her to dog-friendly spots. She loves meeting new people and everyone loves her adorable underbite smile. She walks well with other dogs, but is still learning some social skills when face to face. As long as she is introduced slowly, she is fine with cats. I have two small kittens that she lets play all over her. She is in the process of treatment for a torn cruciate ligament, but once this is done, she'll be ready to go! She is a super snuggler on the couch or in bed, and love to play with squeaky toys! Miss Manners is aptly named, and wants nothing more than to please her person and go on all their adventures!

Story
Hi, my name is Lance! I’m a big boy – about 75 pounds – and am a bit of a mix as far as my relatives go. We think I’m between 2 and 3 years old. I love long walks, playing fetch (ball, stick or frisbee, I’m not particular) and, of course, TREATS! I’m neutered, microchipped and up-to-date with all my vaccinations. I’m also crate trained and sleep in there very peacefully. My foster parents are teaching me good leash skills and are also perfecting my housetraining and my understanding of commands. They say I’m sweet, super-smart and am especially gifted at snuggling. My most favorite place to be is in your lap! I’m up for a good belly scratch any time and most days are not complete without a short zoomie session before bed. A fenced in yard or a multi-acre plot would be my ideal home situation because I’m still a young boy with lots of energy to spare. I absolutely love to run around and chase birds! I’m actually fascinated by all types of wildlife, including squirrels and deer, and can often be found staring out my foster parents’ back window keeping notes on all the duck, swan and goose traffic on their pond. I get along well with humans but am still getting used to my own size so I would do best in a home with children over the age of 10. I definitely like other dogs and am always up for a playdate but am still a little unsure about cats.Lance's adoption fee is $300.00.
