Thankfully, she was rescued just in time and is now safe in a loving foster home in Reno, NV. Journey is smart, loyal, and eager to connect with her people. She loves spending time with those she trusts and thrives in a calm, structured environment. Journey can be selective with other dogs, so we recommend slow, thoughtful introductions if there are other pets in the home. She’s looking for an adopter who will give her the stability and love she deserves — someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to walk this next chapter of her Journey together. She has some skin allergies that are now being treated and are managed with diet. Kaci is one of THE MOST gorgeous and unique-looking dogs we’ve ever seen! Photos just don’t do this fine lady justice. Kaci is an adorable, sweet, GOOFY little pitty mix with one of the best personalities! She’s crate trained, housebroken, has basic obedience and acts politely in public. Due to an unfortunate dog attack, Kaci lost one of her eyes, but it doesn’t slow her down one bit - although she may bump into a few things now and then! Due to the incident, she would prefer to be your only pet. Kaci is food motivated, loves to play tug, loves going on adventures and enjoys car rides! She can get a little scared when men raise their voice, but she’s trying very hard to get past it! She is the QUEEN of the ZOOMIES and gets a hilarious scooby-doo run going that you just have to see! She doesn’t always watch where she’s headed with the zoomies, and she loves giving enthusiastic hugs, so we recommend older, respectful kids with her.
