Meet Percy, an adult dog with a big heart and lots of love to give! Percy may not get along with other dogs, but he loves people and is especially friendly once he gets to know you. Volunteers adore him, and one even described him as “the bestest boy!” Always the optimist, Percy enjoys basking in the sun and receiving belly rubs. He likes treats and toys, and he’s even well-behaved when it comes to leash-walking and riding in cars. Percy really shines as a solo pet, and with his estimated birthdate in 2018, he’s just hitting his prime. He has been vetted, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and he’s on heartworm and flea prevention. We’re sure that Percy will be a devoted companion, and we’re hoping to find him a forever home where he can really shine.
