Meet Percy, an adult dog with a big heart and lots of love to give! Percy may not get along with other dogs, but he loves people and is especially friendly once he gets to know you. Volunteers adore him, and one even described him as “the bestest boy!” Always the optimist, Percy enjoys basking in the sun and receiving belly rubs. He likes treats and toys, and he’s even well-behaved when it comes to leash-walking and riding in cars. Percy really shines as a solo pet, and with his estimated birthdate in 2018, he’s just hitting his prime. He has been vetted, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and he’s on heartworm and flea prevention. We’re sure that Percy will be a devoted companion, and we’re hoping to find him a forever home where he can really shine. Adoption fee is sponsored thanks to generous donations from Percy's friends (includes leash & collar.) Meet Pickle!   Hey everyone! I’m Pickle, a sweet 50lb American Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier mix, and I’m on the hunt for my forever home! After being rescued from an unfortunate situation, I had 9 adorable puppies who’ve all found loving families. Now it’s my turn!  I love playing fetch and could do it all day long! Cuddles are my favorite during naptime, but I’m just as happy finding my own cozy spot. I’m good at basic commands like “sit” and “stay,” and I’m chill with my crate as long as I have some toys to chew on.  I adore the outdoors, so be ready to call my name when I get distracted by the sunshine! I’m working on my leash manners—just a little pull here and there.
