Story
Meet Nova. She is a 10 year old female American Staffordshire terrier. She loves cuddles, chew toys and playing fetch like a young pup. She is very smart. She would do best in a home with only adults and as the only pet. She is crate trained, house trained, and e collar trained from a boarding training facility. She has a history of an ACL tear which she had surgery to fix. She loves to run and play however, can still get sore from too much activity. She can take as needed pain medication for this. Being rehomed as she is unfortunately too anxious and fearful around children to safely stay.

Story
✨ Meet Sweetie Pie — the happiest little shadow you could ask for ✨ Sweetie Pie is estimated to be 5–7 years old, but she definitely didn’t get the memo. This girl still has plenty of love, curiosity, and personality to fill your days! 💕 Sweetie Pie came to Wisconsin after being rescued from an abuse and neglect case in Georgia and finally got her second chance with a freedom flight north. Despite everything she’s been through, she has never met a human she didn’t love and wins over strangers instantly. Last weekend at Home Depot, she sat perfectly while people stopped to admire her, gently taking treats from everyone who walked by like the polite little celebrity she is. Why everyone falls in love with her: • Professional snuggler — sleeps quietly through the night next to you or at your feet • LOVES every human she meets • Wonderful with kids • Loves walks, sniffing adventures, sunbathing, hugs, and car rides • Crate trained — walks right in for a treat with no barking or whining, and will happily relax quietly while you unload groceries or get things done around the house One important thing to know about Sweetie Pie: she needs to be the only pet in the home. We know that can feel like a unicorn ask these days — pets are like potato chips and most animal lovers can’t stop at one! While she absolutely adores people, she’s happiest and most successful without other animals in the home. We know that narrows the search, but we’re committed to finding the right forever fit where she can truly thrive. Her foster mom isn’t sure she was ever truly house trained before rescue, but it turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks! Sweetie Pie is learning quickly and trying SO hard. She’s already making huge progress with consistency and a good schedule and just needs someone willing to give her grace as she continues figuring it out. What Sweetie Pie wants most is simple: love, safety, and someone to adore forever. In return, she’ll give you unwavering loyalty, endless cuddles, and a best friend who thinks the sun rises and sets with you.

Story
Oden is a very good boy but would do best in a home where there are no other pets or young children. Oden resource guards food and toys and has had a few instances where he has been aggressive towards cats and other small animals. Oden is an adult dog between 10-15 years and I’m not sure of his breed but I assume some sort of terrier mix. He is a very cuddly dog and likes to always be in your personal bubble. He loves hugs, kisses, pets, and most of all butt scratches. He loves marrow bones and would come with toys, bed, and an automatic feeder. I would love if I could find him a home where he will get plenty of love, attention, and exercise.

Story
We got Taco when he was a puppy 5 years ago. He's a very energetic and loving dog. He needs a fenced in yard to run and sunbathe in. He loves to snuggle and is ok with other dogs after getting to know them. He has been very well behaved with our adult children and older grandchildren, however he is not a good fit for a home with young children or babies. He's very hyper active around kids and tends to bark, jump on them or knock them over from excitement. He's not good with cats or other small pets. We are really heartbroken from having to find him a new home, but we recently were given placement of our newborn grandson and Taco is not adjusting well to a baby in the home.
