Story
Meow! I’m Maple! I am quite the strikingly beautiful 5 month old female kitten. Behind my beauty is a story of resilience and love. A reminder that life can give us second chances. I was born outside. A nice lady came to help me, but was told I wasn’t friendly enough to adjust to living inside. She didn’t want to give up on me and brought me to Kitty Connection. It was hard for me to adjust at first, but I am learning how nice these humans can be. As they have extended their hand to me I am learning to extend my paw back! My foster parents are patient with me, and understand it takes time for me to trust. The key to my heart is play time! I love playing with my foster Dad. The wand toy is my favorite. I also LOVE to play with my cat foster brothers! Wrestle time here we come! Zoomies?? I GOT THAT! Churu time is my special time with my foster Mom. My story isn’t over yet. I am still on my journey to continue to learn the love that humans have to give. Because of this I am best in a home with experienced adopters who are home more than not to spend time with me. Having other playful cats in the home is a MUST for me. They help me feel more comfortable and the bonds I share with them are very important to me. loud noises and fast movement scare me so a quiet home is best. Are you ready to go on this special journey with me? I can’t wait to find my forever parent.

Story
Korra is a talkative, friendly, and social. She loves pets and takes well to strangers. She quickly becomes comfortable in new environments. She developed IBD in 2023 and since then we have found a food that works well for her stomach, which is Koha Pet wet food. The rare proteins help with her symptoms and as long as your space is clean and there are no other foods for her to get into, her symptoms should be manageable! She can be very mischievous and clever when she smells something yummy. All in all, she has been a really great cat.

Story
Unfortunately looking to rehome a kitten I rescued this past fall - per the vet she’s about 1 and did get some vaccinations/ dewormer etc. I don’t believe she is fixed yet and was going to schedule that soon but my landlord is not allowing her to stay since we have 2 other pets. She’s been great with my other cat and dog, very sweet, and loves to cuddle! I would love to find her a family who will love her just as much! No adoption fees required since she does need to be fixed!

Story
We adopted Nala when she was about a year old. She’s incredibly cuddly, affectionate, and loves attention. When we introduced her to our older cat (6 years old), they got along fairly well at first, though playtime could be a bit rough. Over time, however, Nala became less tolerant and more reactive toward our other cat. We’ve tried multiple reintroduction methods like separation, supervised feeding, and gradual visual contact, but haven’t seen lasting progress. Unfortunately, the tension between them has continued to grow, and we need to prioritize the well-being of both cats. Nala is wonderful with people: sweet, social, and very loving. From what we’ve learned, some cats experience personality changes around age two that affect how they interact with other cats, which seems to be the case here. We’re heartbroken to part with her, but we want her to have a happy, stress-free home. We’re also waiving any adoption fees to help her find the right fit.
