Meet beautiful Mavis!! She’s 12 weeks old, currently weighs 15 lbs, and is an Anatolian Shepherd mix. Very cuddly, spunky, and wants to follow you around everywhere you go. She is doing very well with potty training and crate training. She knows ‘let’s go potty’ and will bound after you to get outside first. She’s a follower so make sure you’re ready to have a feisty little ball of fur as your shadow! Mavis loves the resident dogs and wishes she was as big as them so the playing field was equal. She is great with kids, enjoys toys and treats, and adores belly rubs. If you’ve been looking to adopt a puppy and have the time it takes for continued puppy training, please apply! Adoption donation fee is $400 which includes spay, puppy exam, microchip, deworming, and up to date vaccinations. Mavis came all the way from Oklahoma and will make a wonderful forever companion for one lucky family! I have already figured out the doggy door at my foster home, though it was daunting at first. I am still working on my potty training, however, my foster mama gives me treats when I do tinkle and take care of business outside. I’ll catch on fast. I am crate trained. Contrary to popular belief I’m actually from the South, but some may think I’m from St. Olaf Minnesota. My new furry roomies are nothing like Blanche and Dorothy, one acts more like Sophia with me. She gets pretty feisty when I invade her bubble, but I guess she’s teaching me a thing or two about life. Meet Renzo (b. 7/2021), a mastiff mix who is looking for his furever family! This adorable fella has had one heck of a time... he was found in a ditch, survived parvo, needed surgery for entropion (an eye issue), and after all that found himself running out of options. He's very good with people of all ages (including kiddos!), and loves attention. Renzo does not enjoy the company of other dogs... not one bit! Since he prefers human friends, he does not need other canines in his life. This fella hasn't had the kind of attention and family love all young dogs should receive, so if you're looking for a loving, loyal, I'm-all-yours kind of guy, Renzo's taking apps! Adoptions for Renzo are limited to the area within 50 miles of Omaha so that he can continue to take advantage of free training from our certified positive reinforcement trainer. The suggested adoption donation for Renzo is $300. Muddy Paws is a 501c3 non-profit organization which means that part of your donation MAY be TAX DEDUCTIBLE. We are a 100% volunteer rescue committed to giving animals a second chance at life. All donations go toward that mission.
