Story
From what I am told he is Anatolian Shepard mixed with Saint Bernard He is a sweetheart. The adoption place in Colorado said they thought he might have lupus because of a patch of missing hair on his nose. Turns out he scratches his face when he is nervous. After moving to a place without carpet it stopped happening He was originally found abandoned in an office building so he definitely develops separation anxiety. Despite being 140 lbs he thinks he is a lap dog. He is a giant baby. Really good with children and other dogs. Seems to be afraid of cats. But has only had very little exposure. My life fell apart so we are currently living in my car that doesn't work 😂 I'm almost out of money and food He needs space and love.

Story
Kangal is neutered and READY TO GO HOME!!Kangal was previously here and quickly adopted. The positive feedback was that the adopter stated he was great with kids; however, he was returned due to having separation anxiety. He should go to a home where the humans are home most of the time, or a home willing to work on medicinally helping his anxiety with veterinary care. He may also do well with another dog in the home to not feel so alone after the humans leave. During playgroups, it took all of 1.3 seconds to fall in love with this precious behemoth. He is a big boy, but he plays like a silly, gangly puppy. Kangal was cutely clumsy with his long legs and big feet, and he had a blast jumping over and wrestling with another female dog. He didn't mind her chewing on his ears, and he seemed to love every minute of the play. He was so bouncy and fun that we have taken to calling him "Kangal Roo".If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Kangal 252354".He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and already neutered. If you have dogs, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: White Weight: 94 Age: 5yrs 4mths 4wks

Story
East is a sweet, affectionate, and intelligent boy who has come a long way in foster care and is ready to find a loving home of his own. He enjoys meeting new people, loves to cuddle, rides well in the car, and is very treat-motivated. Still in his “big puppy” phase, East loves being close to his people and happily leans in for attention and belly rubs. He has a laid-back energy level but absolutely loves long walks and would thrive in an active home with room to explore. East is potty trained and quickly picked up good leash manners, and while he is still building confidence around food after being underweight when found, he responds well to gentle guidance and positive reinforcement. He does well with smaller dogs and cats and is simply selective with some other dogs, continuing to make progress with socialization. An active home with space and plenty of love would be perfect for East—he has brought so much joy to his foster family and is ready to share that same comfort and companionship with a loving family.
