I’m looking for the right home for Harley 🤍 This is my best friend and my whole world, so this isn’t easy at all. I love him more than anything, but I want him to be able to be happy and truly thrive, and with how often I’ll be traveling, I won’t be able to give him what he deserves. Harley is a sweet, loving Aussiedoodle who needs a home where he can get the space, attention, and environment he thrives in. This is not a decision I take lightly. He does best in a home with a yard and someone who can give him time, structure, and consistency. He has a lot of personality, is very loyal, and bonds closely with his people. I’m looking for someone local to Colorado Springs so I can stay involved and make sure he continues to be well cared for. This is about finding him the right home, not just any home. Adopt Me: Lucky Age: 6.5 years Gender: Spayed Female Breed: Pekapoo (Pekinese/Toy Poodle) Weight: 10.6 lbs Location: Humansville, MO Lucky is a sweet and small Pekapoo who came to us from a commercial breeder. She has spent her entire life being passed around from breeder to breeder, meaning she's never had much stability. She's currently in foster care learning how to "dog" and she's doing great! She is learning to go out for potty breaks and gets along great with the other dogs. She is shy so a home that will be patient and give her time is best! Interested in adopting Lucky? Meet Skipper – A Gentle Soul Finding His Way Skipper is a four-year-old Mini Poodle with a sensitive heart and a quiet courage that grows a little more each day. When he first arrived, the world felt like a scary place—but with patience and care, Skipper has already made beautiful progress. He’s beginning to understand that kindness is real, even learning that being picked up can be safe. Skipper still needs gentle handling and a patient adopter who will continue helping him build confidence at his own pace. A calm, quiet home will be key for him to truly thrive. Skipper would do best in an adult-only home or one with older, calm children who can respect his sensitive nature. He finds comfort in the presence of other dogs and would benefit greatly from a confident canine companion to help show him the way. He enjoys exploring the play yard, following his nose from one interesting scent to the next, and occasionally showing off his adorable spin dance moves that are sure to make you smile. While he’s not quite a cuddler yet, he will sit calmly in your lap, taking in the moment and learning what it feels like to be close. Skipper is a work in progress in the most beautiful way. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly.
