Story
Pickles is a 1 year old Red Heeler, weighing 40 pounds. She walks well on leash and appears to be housetrained. She is high energy, active, and loves to play. She can be a little mouthy and rough when playing and isn’t recommended for a home with young children. She is learning to sit and would benefit from further training. She gets along well with most other dogs. Pickles is deaf but is otherwise healthy, heartworm negative, and has been spayed. She will need to go to a home with a safe and securely fenced yard. A home with Heeler and/or deaf dog experience would be preferred. ....................................If you would like further information or would like to request an adoption application, please e-mail us directly adopt@thehss.org If you request an application and don’t receive it check your spam or junk mail file. My name is Sissy and I'm a very special girl, sadly I just don't do too well with other critters and prefer to be an only child and that seems nearly impossible for me to find! Could it be you and your family!?! I am very smart, well-mannered, and could easily be housebroken with a little touch-up course of potty training! I'm strong and have a lot of energy! Come hangout with me and take me for a walk or to the water! Come take me home! I'm really such a beautiful good girl, I'm just a little picky about other animals!Come meet me and all of our Furry Friends Tuesday through Saturday 12-5:30.
