Story
Beautiful Maya came back to us after being adopted as a puppy. Her adopters were sad to see her go, but we promised them that we'd find Maya the perfect home. Maya is a very fearful gal who will require multiple meet and greets with her adopters to truly feel comfortable. We believe she'd do best in a quiet home without kids under 14. Once Maya warms up to someone, she is a gentle lady who loves cuddles. She loves fetch and bacon-flavored treats. She has some resource guarding tendencies that would be further discussed with any potential adopter. Story
Bru is a special boy who needs a special home. It can take him a while to warm up, but once he warms up to his people, he is a wiggly, playful boy with lots of love to give! Bru LOVES playing fetch and playing in the pool. Bru is potty-trained and very, very sweet. Bru can be somewhat shy with strangers, and he can be easily frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Because of this we are hopeful that his future home will be a quiet one without children under the age of fourteen. Bru does have a history of resource guarding which will be discussed further at the time of adoption. Due to his history of resource guarding, he may do best as only pet. Story
I got my pet from family when he was a puppy. His birthday is 9-29-2017. I wouldn’t say he’s not good with kids but he is definitely old and just very temperamental when he eats and kinda skittish when being chased around. He was raised around kids and never had a problem I think it has more to do with his brother. Him and his brother have not been getting along lately and I think it would be better if he was in an only dog home definitely a big yard for him to run and get the exercise that he needs. He is very lovey and likes to cuddle and play.

Story
I adopted Nelly from a rescue in Phoenix, Arizona when she was 4 or 5 months old on March 1st, 2022 while I was living down there. She was found with two or three other puppies and the rescue assumed she must’ve been born around October 13th, 2022. I have moved back to Iowa since then. In October of 2023, I bought a new puppy, a bulldog, and progressively Nelly has just gotten more intense. I’m unsure if it’s an attention thing, although I give her plenty of attention and love along with my bulldog. She was an angel when she was a lone dog on her own. Brings you toys to throw to play fetch. It’s not by command, she just brings you a toy, you throw it, she fetches it to then prance around a bit to flaunt off that she has a toy and then eventually brings it back. She’s an amazing walker. She doesn’t pull and walks next to you. She knows sit, down, place, gentle, up, etc. I’m looking for a calm home for her to go to, prefer for her to be an only dog. Looking for patient and loving parents
