Story
Meet Coco – Your Future Adventure Partner! Coco is a 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) with brains, beauty, and boundless energy to match. True to his breed, Coco is smart, driven, and always ready for his next job or adventure. He’s looking for a savvy adopter, ideally someone familiar with Heelers, who understands how important structure, training, and mental enrichment are for a dog like him. Once Coco trusts you, his sweet and loyal side truly shines. He forms strong bonds with his people and is incredibly rewarding for someone willing to put in the time to build that relationship. With his striking good looks and expressive face, it’s hard not to fall for him. Coco would do best in a home without small children, and he may be happiest as the only dog, where he can soak up all the attention and guidance he deserves. He thrives when given clear expectations, consistent routines, and outlets for his energy - think training sessions, enrichment games, and active days. Coco is part of our Paws Forward Program, meaning his future adopter will have 3 free training sessions post adoption with Janette from Kind K9s to help set him up for success. If you’re experienced, active, and looking for a loyal companion who will challenge you in all the best ways, Coco might be your perfect match. Come meet him and see if you’re the person he’s been waiting for. 🐾 Can't adopt? Please share!

Story
Rosalie is still figuring things out. At just 7 months old, this Lab mix is learning what it means to feel safe in the world. She’s on the quiet side, the kind of puppy who watches before she leaps, who takes her time deciding who to trust. New places and new people can feel overwhelming, but there’s nothing hard or closed-off about her. She’s simply cautious. When Rosalie starts to feel comfortable, her sweetness shows in subtle ways: staying close, gentle tail wags, soft eyes looking to you for reassurance. She’s not the puppy who barrels into your lap right away, she’s the one who slowly chooses you. Rosalie is part of our Paws Forward Program, giving her extra guidance and support as she builds confidence and learns the ropes of home life. She’ll do best with adopters who understand that growth doesn’t always happen loudly, and that some of the most rewarding bonds take time. If you’re patient, steady, and willing to let a shy puppy grow into herself, Rosalie is waiting. She may be quiet, but she has so much love to give. Can't adopt? Please share!

Story
Millie is a 2-year-old Retriever mix with brains, beauty, and boundless energy - but what she needs most is someone who sees her potential and is ready to help her shine. This girl is smart, active, and eager to learn, but she needs the right match: an experienced, dog-savvy adopter who can guide her through training, structure, and consistency. Millie is working on her manners and obedience as part of our Pawsitive Pawgress Program, and she’s already made great progress. She’ll come with three free training sessions after adoption to help continue her journey at home. Millie will need to be the only pet in the home and would need an adult-only household. Due to her energy level and learning needs, her adoption may require multiple meet-and-greets to help set everyone up for success. She’s not a beginner dog. She’s a diamond in the rough—full of heart, potential, and drive—just waiting for the right person to believe in her. She has been waiting over a year now, and we would love for her to find her match. If you're up for the challenge and ready for the reward, Millie is more than ready to meet you.
