Story
Iris is a very intelligent girl; she is just a little over 3 years in age (we got her from the pound as a puppy). She is house trained, potty trained, crate trained and knows basic commands such as sit, stay, no bark, come, etc... She is a very aware and good alert dog. She loves being outside, exploring, but can chill in the house to with no issues. Very hygienic, and clean dog on her own. She is a super smart loving girl who we hate to rehome, but we are expecting another child, and my spouse has developed eczema in the process on their hands from the small amount of dog dandruff she does have, we will keep Iris, but she would be better off in a more active household or outdoor environment such as a farm or property with land, as we will have most of our time consumed the next few years with children. We have her shot records, she is chipped, spayed, her nails are long, she is very peculiar about her feet being touched. She is very dominant with other animals.

The adoption donation of $175.00 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip, deworming, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. The sweet little girl is good with cats, dogs, and kids. She is about 35 lb, her mom was a Red Heeler and they thought dad was a Bluetick. She is absolutely adorable, sweet and loving, and loves being petted. She's doing well on-leash and on her potty training and loving the indoor family-dog life. She is looking for a home where she will be part of the family living indoors in a smoke-free home. Abby has a vet appointment mid-January, once healed she will be ready for a new home.
