You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Zoey, with the amazing ears, seems to have two speeds - fast and sleep. She loves walks, runs and playing with toys. Once that is done, she loves to cuddle. Zoey truly is one of the sweetest dogs. She is the biggest cuddle bug and just wants to be with her person always. She loves to play with toys by herself or play tug of war with people or other dogs. She rides well in a car and sleeps through the noght  She is not 100% potty trained but is learning to use a doggy door and working on that skill. She has lived with a cat and while curious is not aggressive at all. Zoey is about 35 pounds and under a year old.  Overall, Zoey is a very sweet girl who deserves the best home with people who can be with her a lot of the time, and give her lots of toys to play with  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 12, 2026, 10:36 pm

Story
Murphy is a sweet senior gentleman with tons of love and affection to offer his new forever family. With his gentle spirit, affectionate personality, and love of car rides and hikes, Murphy is the perfect companion for everything from outdoor fun (he has great recall and does perfectly off leash) to couch rotting. Do you have room in your heart and a place in your home to give him the safe and loving retirement he deserves? Murphy is currently fostered with six other dogs and a cat and gets along great with everyone. He's around horses, mules, and a pet steer at his foster home and handles himself like an old pro. Murphy's forever home could include another dog or two for companionship, but maybe not six since he'd like first dibs on that prime spot on the couch or in the truck! Murphy appears to be part Heeler or Aussie or other herding dog type mixed with German Shepherd or other large breed. He's a big boy at over 90 lbs! Murphy was found in Libby near the Kootenai River and a door to door search revealed that no one had seen him before. We can speculate on how he ended up lost in an area where no one knew him, but we will never know for sure. The best placement for him is within 100 miles of his foster home in Eureka to ensure he remains safe and secure for every golden day he has left with his forever mom, dad, or family. Murphy has been vaccinated, had recent bloodwork, and will have his full senior dog wellness exam prior to placement. Please contact Kirsten at Underdog Rescue 406-871-1278 or underdogmontana@gmail.com with any questions and to schedule a date with Murphy.

Story
HI - I'M TARZAN, and I'm a sweet and shy 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog in need of a foster or forever home. I was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter, where I became urgent because I was so scared and shy. While there, I had kennel mates, and I've done well with other dogs. I'm still shy, but am a work in progress. I'm starting to come out of my shell, and I can be petted now. I need a quiet home with a patient person or people who can give me a sense of security and the love and affection I so deserve. I'm very young and have my whole life ahead of me. I'm currently in California, but can be transported to you in Montana. Please email for an application.
