Story
Meet Archie, He is a three year-old Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler). Archie is a sweet and energetic young dog, he is always ready to run, fetch a ball, or play tug-o-war. He is very affectionate with his owner. He likes cats, but does not have much interaction with other dogs and is generally aloof, he can sometimes be reactive when on a leash toward other dogs and strangers. He is house broken, crate trained and knows some basic commands such as "Sit" and "Drop it" He is highly food motivated and is easily won over with a treat. Archie is neutered and up to date on his shots. He is a medium sized dog at about 35-38lbs. He was born on an Amish farm in Lancaster County in January 2023, I have had him since he was approximately 8 weeks old. Since he is a working dog, he requires lots of exercise, a yard is preferred but he currently lives in an apartment.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.•Lewistown PA• Gypsy Rose was adopted through ODAAT and has been returned. We pride ourselves in our commitment to the animals in our rescue. Gypsy has some special requests since returning to ODAAT. She is an incredibly bold, adventurous, curious, protective and loyal sidekick for a single dog owner environment. She is dominant force of a dog and loves fiercely once trust & love is gained. She wants to be your one and only dog. A home with no cats and children. She needs a calm home that just wants a dog to be their best friend. She loves to kayak, hike, run through fields of grass & sniff endlessly. She requires a lot of exercise and likes to be kept busy. She is leash trained and has been through 30 hours of obedience training. Gypsy has a few quirks however we are confident that with the right family, she will thrive. If you are interested in applying for Gypsy Rose, please complete an application at www.onedogatatime.us When applying to adopt through ODAAT, please know that we take pride in placing our animals appropriately based on their needs and personality. We want the best family for them and the perfect fit for your family. All applications are ran prior to choosing an adopter.. Story
This absolutely stunning boy is Cyrus. He came to our shelter as a stray and we`ve spent the last few days getting to know him. He is a very intelligent and loving guy. We think in the right home with the right training he has the potential to be an amazing dog. He has already picked up on sit, and he takes his treats gently. He can be a little shy at first, but very quickly turns into a big love bug. He walks ok on the leash, but will need some help becoming more confident on it. He will also need help with his other basic training skills along with potty training. We think he would do well in an active home that is willing to work with him and take him on all of their adventures in life. If you are interested in adopting Cyrus please feel free to apply for him at www.clearfieldcountyspca.org.

Story
Meet Toast!Toast came from a rough start, so he’s still working on building his confidence, but give him a little time (and some treats), and you’ll see just how eager and loving he can be. He is a classic working dog: active, driven, and happiest when he has a job to do. He loves training, is super food motivated, and would thrive with someone who enjoys keeping his mind and body busy. Toast is looking to be your one and only pup for now, but he’s open to meeting dog-savvy teens and possibly even cats with slow introductions. If you`re interested in meeting Toast, he is located at the Pennsylvania SPCA Danville Center on Bloom Rd. We are open daily from 12:00 - 6:00pm and no appointment is needed. Please bring everyone who lives in your home and any current dogs with proof of up to date vaccinations. If you have any questions about him, feel free to call the shelter at 570-275-0340 or email danville@pspca.org.-Pennsylvania SPCA Danville Center1467 Bloom Road Danville PA 17821Kennel# 2909
