Story
This litter was surrendered because they were unwanted. Lucky is a rowdy girl who loves playing and getting all the attention. She likes to start fights with her siblings but can never finish them and will scream. She does fine otherwise with them but a meet and greet is always highly recommended with other dogs. We are not sure how she does with other animals. She loves to bark at any person who enters the room to get attention. She is a puppy and will most likely chew and have accidents in the house, she will need to be trained not to do these things. She is not potty trained and will go potty in kennels and crates. She doesn't try to get out of the crates while cleaning. Lucky is microchipped, de-wormed, spayed, and fully vaccinated. All adoptions are first come first serve the day of availability. ECHS does not reserve adoptable animals for the public for any reason. Please note that availability is subject to change at any point in time per ECHS discretion.

Story
This litter was surrendered because they were unwanted. Charm is a very sweet girl who loves getting pet. She does bark when others are barking, but tends to not start it. She does fine with her siblings, but a meet and greet is always highly recommended with any current household dogs. We do not know how she is with other animals. Please note she is a puppy so she will most likely chew on things and have negative behaviors that will need trained out. She is not potty trained and will potty in crates, but she does not try to get out of them. Charm is microchipped, dewormed, spayed, and fully vaccinated. All adoptions are first come first serve the day of availability. ECHS does not reserve adoptable animals for the public for any reason. Story
This litter was surrendered because they were unwanted. Clover is a very sweet but loud girl who loves any and all attention, especially cuddling. She does fine with other puppies as long as they don't start messing with her aggressively. Previous foster states she did fine with their household dogs, but a meet and greet is always highly recommended. They also stated she did good with livestock and seemed to enjoy being around them. We are still unsure how she is with cats. She is not potty trained and does potty in a crate, but doesn't try to get out of the crate. She will need to be trained out of any negative behaviors such as chewing and barking excessively. Clover is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. When Clover was going through her spay surgery, it was discovered that she is actually a hermaphrodite. All adoptions are first come first serve the day of availability. ECHS does not reserve adoptable animals for the public for any reason. Please note that availability is subject to change at any point in time per ECHS discretion.

Story
Escape was found with Bronco in Stephenville and they were not claimed. Escape is much more social than her sister, indoors or out. She walks on the leash sometimes, but does get overwhelmed easily. Escape has demonstrated that she can climb chain-link fencing, although she does not usually make it more than 2 feet off the ground. We believe she has some husky mixed in, as she does howl and cry while inside or outside. When she jumps up at you she expects you to catch her. Escape is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention.

Story
Piper is the sweetest 7 year old cattle dog mix you will ever meet. She’s wonderful with cats, dogs, babies, and kids. She is extremely calm and would lay on the couch all day watching tv. She’s house and crate trained. Her one flaw, which is a major one, is that she digs. And when I say digs I mean she can tunnel her way out of the country. We have another dog and live on a ranch, we put the dogs out a lot during the day to run around in the yard and she consistently digs holes. We can’t trust her for 5 seconds in the yard without watching her which doesn’t work for our family and lifestyle. It has gotten to the point where she is causing foundation damage from digging along the house. She needs a home where she is in an apartment lifestyle situation or a home with a very very small yard where her family can supervise her when she’s outside. We will keep her as long as it takes to find the perfect fit because she is the sweetest girl and we want her to have the best home.

Story
Aggie is an approximately 10 year old heeler who is a puppy in disguise! We love this old man so much!! He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. He seems to be house broken and uses a doggie door. He is overweight with a fatty lipoma on his belly that is not causing any issues. We want him to go to someone who won’t overfeed him so he can get healthier. He was dumped in a Houston park and we want him to have a great retirement home!! He needs a secure fence for his safety. Adoptable within one hour of Granbury, Tx. Adoption fee is $100. Applications can be found at www.scftx.org/adopt
