Onyx is a 3 year old, 38 lb, Lab/ kelpie mix. He is super smart and is a high energy boy. Onyx is doing great with learning commands, basic obedience and has mastered crating and housebreaking! He came to the rescue heartworm positive, and he has already undergone treatment and is now heartworm negative!!! He is good with kids and dogs but not good with cats. Onyx has been neutered, is fully vaccinated, and dewormed when adopted! His adoption fee is $200.April 29, 2024, 10:16 pm

Phoebe is a lovable and beautiful we estimate to be about 2 years old.  She weighs 49 pounds and she is hoping to find her forever home soon.  She has beautiful light marble brown eyes and a soft, smooth coat.  She loves playing and hopes to have another dog as playmate at her new home.  He ideal family will be very active,  maybe have some children that she can wear out playing.  Phoebe just wants to run around, play ball and be a silly girl.  She is a quick learner, believed to be house trained, and loves to be petted.  Is Pheobe the girl for you?    ##1986829##

Story
We adopted Shadow from Mckameys animal shelter in Chattanooga October 2022. She is an absolute sweetheart and it hurts us deeply to need to rehome her. She is well behaved, great with kids and other animals. Our issue is that she has discovered a world outside of our yard and escapes everyday to go explore and say hi to all of the neighbors and dogs. We are afraid of her getting hit by a car or angry neighbor.She is a high energy dog. She needs someone that can run with her everyday or put her to work on a farm since her instinctual working and herding traits are struggling to get out. We are not sure if she is housebroken. She comes inside for very short periods of time and then wants back out. She has never come inside and had any issues. She just loves to be outside. She will go lay in the rain, lay in sun, lay in the snow, play in the creek, chase the frisbee, she just loves the outdoors! We would love to find someone or family that can give her the life she deserves.
