Story
Meet Emerson lovingly known as Emmy Not long ago, Emmy came to us looking broken and unsure of the world. She arrived exactly as she was- scared, fragile, and clearly shaped by a life that hadnt been kind. But look at her now. Today, Emmy stands tall and beautiful, with bright eyes, a soft white coat, and a quiet confidence that speaks volumes about her resilience. Her transformation is a testament to what patience, safety, and love can do. While her past may have been hard, it never hardened her heart. Emmy is gentle, kind, and deeply loyal. Once she trusts you, she becomes your shadow, following you from room to room, always wanting to be close. She loves cuddles, chest scratches, and simply sharing space with her person. Her love is calm and sincere, the kind that feels like home. She has never shown aggression of any kind. Emmy is sensitive to loud voices, sudden movements, and unexpected noises, so she thrives in a peaceful, understanding environment. Shes incredibly respectful and eager to please, a soft no is all she needs. Emmy does wonderfully with other dogs and has shown no interest in cats, even when encountering them on walks. She walks nicely on a leash once trust is established. Emmy is truly the best girl- strong, loving, and so deserving of a forever home that will continue to nurture the gentle soul she has always been. We believe she would do well with children and would flourish with a family who values kindness and patience as much as she does. She survived her past. She blossomed with love. Now shes ready for her forever. Adoption Fee: $200 - Includes Fixed, Microchipped & Up to Date on Vaccines Please visit our website www.summitssanctuary.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs.

When he not snoozing on the bed or beside it, he's chilling on the air vent to cool down. Remi is starting to enjoy toys and playing chase with his foster buddy Luna. Story
Hershey was born 12/29/2024. She is very sweet and loves tummy rubs. The problem is that she is an escape artist, and I cannot afford to modify my fence to something taller. We have a 4’ fence she can climb right out of easily. I am not home enough to crate train her. She really is incredibly sweet , but my neighbors are complaining about her getting out and getting in their yards. Please take her and keep her safe. Free to good home

Story
Axel is a 1-year-old purebred Miniature Australian Shepherd. He is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and comes with complete veterinary records and registration papers. Axel is from a champion bloodline. He is an extremely intelligent, high-energy dog with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, due to my long work hours, I’m unable to provide the consistent time, training, and mental stimulation he needs. He spends too much time alone, which is not fair to him—especially given his energy level.
