He is currently being leash trained using a gentle leader so that he will know how to walk calmly with his new family. Sax is looking for fun and adventure! He loves to run around and chase balls. If you need an excuse to get up and go hiking or running, then Sax will be your buddy for life. He is ready to create memories with you.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. He’s been working with a trainer, who notes that Teddy the kind of dog with a lot of insecurity beneath his big personality. True to his herding-breed roots, Teddy likes to use his mouth, so continued training and clear boundaries are important. He will do best with an experienced, patient adopter who can provide a consistent routine, clear communication, and a “job” or structured outlet to help channel his energy.
