Tails is a double merle aussie which happens when people do not breed responsibly. Tails is deaf & blind but this doesn't slow him down from being a typical puppy. He loves to play with other pups, doesn't mind cats, and does well with kids. Tails does well leash walking with a harness. He would thrive in a home in which someone is able to give him a set routine but will also not hold him back because of his special needs. He can and should have a life just like any other dog.
