FOR ADOPTION: CASH CASH is the last of our "Musical Icon Pups" still looking for his happily ever after! This stunning boy is 3.5 months old and beyond ready to be settled in his forever home. Socialization & Temperament Cash grew up in a foster home where he was exposed to other dogs, cats, goats, and horses—he is excellent with all of them! He is also very gentle with children and would make a wonderful family companion. Size & Energy Mother: 55 lbs (Suspected Australian Shepherd mix). Father: Unknown, but must have been much larger as Cash is on track to mature to 80 lbs or more. Energy Level: Low-to-Medium. Cash is an extremely calm and gentle pup. He has bouts of playful puppy energy where he loves to chase, tug toys, or wrestle with his dog friends, but he also loves to spend hours soaking up the warm sun or snuggling with his favorite people. He will enjoy accompanying his family camping, fishing, hiking, or going for walks and leisurely bike rides. Training & Health House Training: He is doing well with his kennel training and goes to the bathroom outdoors whenever he gets the chance. He still cannot "hold it" as long as a mature dog and will need regular breaks to stay clean indoors. Manners: He has been fairly non-destructive with his toys and is learning to walk well on a leash. Grooming: He has had a couple of baths and nail trims and handled them like a true gentleman. Vet Care: He is up to date on vaccinations and parasite control and will come with a neuter contract in place. If you’ve been looking for the sweetest large lap dog, apply today for a chance to meet CASH!

Story
This happy-go-lucky fella is ready for his next adventure, looking for an active home with a yard.We believe Stubby to be an Australian Shepherd x Husky x Chow mix! In other words, he's a large ball of fluff and energy, often seen barreling around and exploring the great outdoors.Due to his luscious locks, he will need a guardian that can keep up with regular grooming, which he quite enjoys though he gets excited easily and sessions can be short lived. His favourite game is tug with a rope toy, but also loves a good stick! He is good with other dogs, has previously lived with children and loves people in general. No cats will be best for this guy!Stubby knows how to sit pretty, stay and come. Sometimes, he can have a hard time controlling his excitement and will jump up but is easily deterred and eager to please. If you are looking to add tremendous joy to your life, the application is the first step.https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/dog-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: Black Weight: 39.6 Age: 3yrs 0mths 3wks

Story
Ollie is a very friendly family dog that has a lot of energy. He is a herding dog that needs to be part of a family all the time. We had a lot of time and attention given to him prior to kids. He has really struggled with that since we’ve had two little girls and he is not coping well and has started peeing on the couch or being super anxious. Contact Hamsah Hussain at (778) 349-7498. Story
Hi hoomans! My name is Belinda and here's more about me: PHYSICAL INFO: •  Breed: Australian Shepherd Mix•  Age: Approx 4 years old•  Gender: Female •  Weight: *Needs weight  •  Current Location: Guadalajara, Mexico RESCUE STORY - My name is Belinda, and my story hasn’t been an easy one, but I’m still here hoping for my happy ending. I spent most of my life on the streets, where I became a mama twice. My first litter was tragically lost in an accident, and during my second, I was finally rescued. Some of my puppies found homes, but not all survived. When I was found, I was very thin, very sad, and scared of people. For the first time, someone chose me, my rescuer brought me to safety, had me spayed, and gave me a warm foster home where I’ve been for the past year learning to feel safe and loved. Now, I’m ready for the next chapter of my life: finding a furrever family to call my own. TEMPERAMENT - I’m a calm, gentle, and sweet girl with a slightly shy side, but once I feel safe, my loving nature shines through. I have a peaceful, low-to-moderate energy and get along well with both dogs and cats, making me a great addition to a variety of homes. I’m very calm indoors and love relaxing in my bed, which is my safe space, I may bark a little if another pet tries to take it, but I’m not aggressive, just protective of my cozy spot. I can be a bit nervous outside due to my past and sometimes worry about being abandoned again, but with a soft voice and patience, I slowly build confidence and enjoy gentle walks. I may bark at unfamiliar people or noises, but I settle quickly! ENERGY LEVEL –Medium  GETS ALONG WITH: • Kids – Unknown. [Haven’t met children before so unsure how I will react]• Dogs –  Yes, I get along with other dogs, but I do prefer to stay by myself.• Cats – Yes, I get along with cats. PREY DRIVE - Unknown. I’m not too sure how I’ll react around squirrels/rabbits etc., so my adopter needs to be prepared and willing to train me through these behaviours, should they arise. TRAINING: •  Leash skills – Work in progress. I’m still building my confidence on the leash. At the very beginning of walks, I can feel a little overwhelmed and may react nervously, so I need a bit of time to adjust to my surroundings. With patience, reassurance, and a calm approach, I continue to improve each day. A well-fitted harness and gentle, consistent leash training will help set me up for success! You can find me on a stroll here :)•  House trained – Work in progress. Frequent potty breaks and positive reinforcement will help me learn housetraining in my new home :) Please Note: WCP highly encourages adopters to do some research and training on their own before their dog arrives.  HEALTH NOTES: I am spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. I will come to Canada with proof of all my vaccines and test records. NOTE: It is not uncommon for rescue dogs to require dental work/cleaning after they are adopted. West Coast Paws does not cover the costs of dental work and/or vet visits. These costs are the financial responsibility of the adopter. ADOPTION FEE:  My adoption fee is $840 ($750.00 CAD + applicable taxes) which includes my airfare, if a flight volunteer is found directly to Vancouver. ------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER: Please visit wcpdogrescue.com to read about West Coast Paws Dog Rescue and its adoption process. The info included in each WCP bio is provided to us from the international rescuer. WCP does not have in-person access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions, although we ask for video proof of a dog's attributes wherever possible. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person(s) adopting them and the environment in which they live.  WCP is unable to guarantee the accuracy of a dogs age and/or breed.
