Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Jacksonville, FL *This dog doesn’t belong to ASF and hasn’t been evaluated by ASF.* Meet Coco! She is an 3 year old Miniature American Shepherd and weighs 20 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Coco is fearful of strangers! She hasn’t been tested around children or cats. She doesn’t live with other dogs, but is fearful of dogs outside of the home! She is housebroken and crate-trained. Coco bit someone after they tried giving her a treat. The owners didn’t know how fearful she was and pushed her too hard. The owner is surrendering her because she needs a home without a lot of visitors. She needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Coco, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Coco. Story
Rawlings (Australian Shepherd) and Briar (Hound/Terrier) are a bonded duo who were found on the side of the road in rough shape. They've been in a great foster home where they've gotten lots of TLC and socialization. Rawlings is probably 2-3-years-old and Briar is around 1-year-old. Briar is quite attached to his buddy and would not do well separated. They are both good with other dogs, cats, and farm animals. Who's looking for a super nice pair of dog friends to make their life complete??Visit us at the Gainesville Petsmart on Archer Rd Saturdays 11 am to 5 pm and Sundays Noon to 5 pm.
