Story
Penny is a sweet, smart, high energy girl who absolutely loves people! She is the kind of pup who wants to be right in the middle of whatever you are doing and is always ready for her next adventure.One of Pennys best qualities is how quickly she settles into her kennel. She does very well with kennel training, settles down nicely, and even sleeps through the entire night without any accidents! She is also potty trained and doing great with her routine, making her transition into her forever home that much easier.Penny is incredibly smart and would thrive with a family who enjoys keeping her busy, whether that is walks, playtime, training, or enrichment activities. She has plenty of typical puppy energy, so an active home would be a great fit for her.Like many young puppies, Penny is still learning her manners and can be very mouthy when she gets excited or wants to play. Her mouthing is playful, typical puppy behavior and is not aggression. She loves to play and interact with people, including children, and does well with kids. She will just need a family who understands that puppies explore the world with their mouths and is willing to continue helping her learn appropriate ways to play.Penny is eager to learn, very food motivated, and already showing how smart she is. With continued training, consistency, and plenty of positive reinforcement, she is going to make an amazing companion!If you are looking for a fun, affectionate, intelligent pup with a big personality and lots of love to give, Penny might just be your girl!All adoptions are $300 per dog for puppies under 1 year, $250 for adults 1 - 9 years old and $150 for senior dogs which include spay/neuter, micro-chipped and up-to-date on required shots. Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $150 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older. But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.
