Callie is a beautiful four month old Australian Shepherd mix. She currently weighs around 25 pounds. She is a wiggly little girl who soaks up information like a sponge. She is going to be a fantastic adult, with the right direction! Our adoption fee helps offset the cost of preparing our guests to enter a forever home! While expenses for each animal varies, the average healthy dog or cat receives $500 in medical treatment between intake and adoption. Variables in the cost are conditional based on guest needs with some topping out at thousands of dollars. Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Covington, KY Meet Maxwell! He is a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd and weighs 53 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots, but isn’t on heartworm prevention. Maxwell is nervous around children! No cats, due to his reactivity! He doesn’t live with another dog but is good with dogs outside of the home. He can be anxious when left alone. The owner is surrendering him because they are unable to provide the time and attention that he needs. He also doesn’t get along with the cat. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Maxwell, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions.
