Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Covington, KY Meet Maxwell! He is a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd and weighs 53 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots, but isn’t on heartworm prevention. Maxwell is nervous around children! No cats, due to his reactivity! He doesn’t live with another dog but is good with dogs outside of the home. He can be anxious when left alone. The owner is surrendering him because they are unable to provide the time and attention that he needs. He also doesn’t get along with the cat. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Maxwell, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. Maci is approximately 10 months to one year old. She is a female Australian Shepherd who was recently spayed and received updated vaccines. We have taken her into our home for the last month in hopes that we can help her find a forever home. She is very sweet, loving, and loves to snuggle. She is house trained and has not been destructive in our home. She seems to do well with other dogs but is shy around new people. She will need a family who can provide her with plenty of exercise, and preferably, a large yard for her to play.
