Captain – 9-Year-Old Australian Shepherd/Lab MixCaptain is a 9-year-old Australian Shepherd/Lab mix who has been with our family his entire life. He is neutered, healthy, house-trained, and trained on an invisible fence. He knows sit, lay down, and wait. He is 61 lbs and approximately 2 feet tall at the head.Captain is extremely loyal and loves playing fetch with a tennis ball. He is happiest at home with his people and would do best in a quiet home with a secure yard.Captain needs to be the only pet. He has a history of aggression toward other dogs and does not do well around other animals. We do not recommend cats. He is not ideal for small children but could do well with mature, older children who respect his space. He has no bite history toward people, but has a strong prey drive and will chase and kill small animals.His rabies vaccination is currently due and will be updated before placement. We are moving abroad and want to find Captain a loving, appropriate home.

He’s about 80lbs maybe more Almost 3 years old Loves to run and chase rabbits, birds, really anything Loves to play tug a war Can become very anxious, doesn’t like to move place to place Loves to cuddle and give kisses Kennel trained Understands a “shock” collar but not a leash. Could be walked on a leash, just likes to lead I believe he just needs land to run. He has a very playful personality but is emotional. He is truly my bestfriend and I’m sad to have to give him to someone else. I know he deserves so much more than what he has though.
