Story
This is Greta, she is 7 years old. My hope is that you will also consider adopting her sister Bonnie. They are two peas in a pod. Rehoming them has been a hard decision. I just don’t have the time, space, or energy they need. I would love a place where they have the space to run and play and get plenty of exercise. She is a snuggle bug and will crawl in bed with you if you let her. She does get kind hot sometimes so don’t be offended if she doesn’t spend the entire night in bed. Her best bud is her little sister Bonnie they have been together since they were pups.

Story
Sean is a 7-year-old male Mini Australian Shepherd with big “main character energy.” He absolutely loves people and thrives on attention and affection. His favorite thing in the world is being with his person, he’s very interactive, engaging, and truly just wants to be your best friend. He is house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and has had extensive training. He knows basic commands like sit, down, and heel, and has very extensive (and expensive) training. He does occasionally jump up for pets, bark, or pull a bit on leash — nothing out of the ordinary, just normal dog stuff. Sean does great with people (although he has lunged at strangers/unfamiliar children that run up to him) but he really would like to be the only dog and get lots of attention. He has nipped other dogs in the household, I believe this is a pack thing and he wants to maintain his popularity status. He doesn't have any issues at the dog park.

Story
Meet Stacy (4 years old)! This brilliant, high-energy Mini Aussie is a trainers absolute dream. If you want a dog who is eager to work, highly food-motivated, and loves learning tricks, Stacy is your girl. She thrives in an active home that can give her the exercise and mental stimulation she craves. Agility or advanced obedience? She is ready! Behind her impressive drive is a total sweetheart. Once you are her person, she is a world-class cuddlebug who loves nothing more than snuggling up with you. Stacy has a big, loyal personality! She can be a bit shy and anxious around new people, usually preferring to announce strangers with a hearty bark. She just needs an experienced, patient handler to help her build confidence, advocate for her space, and let her warm up at her own pace. If you want a devoted, ridiculously smart companion to train and love, Stacy is the perfect match!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Hi, I’m Alaska. Not long ago, I became a mama to some beautiful pups, and now that they’re on their way, it’s finally my turn to find a family of my very own. I was rescued from Rocky Mount and given a second chance, and I’m so grateful. I’m currently living with a wonderful foster family who is helping me learn what it truly means to be a dog—how to relax, feel safe, and enjoy life. I adore kids, get along great with other dogs, and I even met a cat once… she was pretty cool, too. I’m working hard on my basic training and learning new things every day. My foster mom is also making sure I won’t have any more babies, which means my future is all about me—love, comfort, and new beginnings. I have so much love to give and would be so happy to meet you.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 6:01 pm
