Waylon is a gorgeous spaniel/collie mix (best guess!). He is very sweet and affectionate and thrives on human interaction. Waylon is about 1 years old and on the skinny side so we are working on helping him gain weight. He is excellent with other dogs and would do great with another friend in the home to play with. He does have some separation anxiety so would do best with someone who is not gone extended hours. All our dogs/cats are vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, on preventions, and spayed/neutered if old enough. Dewie is around 6 months old and is a great dog. We can't keep him because we have 3 small children and one on the way. We just don't have the time to train him and play with him as needed. He is potty trained and has been neutered. His shots are also all up to date.

Crash is a very timid boy.  he will require a lot of patience to build trust as he is very scared and skittish of new people and places. he is bonded to his good friend cricket. and would love to find a place where they could co exsist together.    EST DOB 10/15/21 The standard adoption fee is $200, but it may vary depending on the situation and the animal. This includes vetting such as shots, spaying or neutering, microchipping, deworming, and heartworm testing if the animal is over six months of age. Please note****  We are a volunteer organization.  Adoption events are held every Saturday 10-2 at our facility located st 2049 Badin Rd.  Most of our animals are in foster homes.  Please contact the foster if you would like to meet one of our rescues.   You may complete an application for approval to start the adoption process at www.stanlycountyhumanesociety.org, under the 'Adoption' tab.Adoption fees for pets with Stanly County Humane Society are to cover the following: *Spay/Neuter *Heartworm/Feline Testing *All standard vaccinations *Rabies Vaccination *Microchip  March 8, 2026, 3:52 pm
