Story
Well folks, it is time for another round of GUESS THAT BREED. This handsome fella is Tim and Tim is a 6-month-old, 30lb male fluffy butt. There is always fun to be had with this game because you can make up names and call him a "Scrumptious-Ooodle-Nese". However, it might be better to keep that info to yourself otherwise you might get some odd looks from people. For some reason, it is in our job description to guess the breed, we are going to say that Tim is an Aussie/German Shepherd mix. Some other guesses that didn't make the cut were Great Pyrenees and Border Collie. To be safe we may need to throw some Chihuahua in there too because for some reason they seem to be responsible for 96% of the world's dog population. You are probably looking at Tim and thinking that he is one of the cutest dogs you have ever seen...and you would be right. It is hard to believe that this cutie patootie ended up in the shelter and was never reclaimed. People are crazy though, and whoever let this boy go really missed out on an amazing pup. Tim does great with everyone. He is good with other dogs and enjoys playing with them. He is good with cats and he adores the teenager in his foster home. Tim is all about sharing his home with other animals and people but he does sometimes second-guess himself in new situations. Being abandoned can really change a dog and he worries that he might do something wrong so may hang back a bit at first. All he needs is a little assurance that he is the best boy ever and has all your love and he turns back into the wiggly and happy boy we know him to be!

Story
Meet Clint Eastwoof - The Hero with a Heart of Gold! Howdy, folks! I'm Clint Eastwoof, a ruggedly handsome Australian Shepherd with a tale as adventurous as the Wild West. At just 13 months old and weighing 50 pounds, I've got the energy and charm to win over any heart. I was discovered as a stray, dragging a heavy chain, and was brought to the shelter. Although my previous owners were notified of my whereabouts, they never came for me, leaving me stranded, alone, and on death row. To add to my hardships, I also tested positive for heartworm, yet another letdown from my previous owners. But fear not, for I am a resilient pup with a heart as strong as my Australian roots! I am not one to hold grudges though, and I'm ready to embrace a brighter future with a loving family. Now, let me tell ya 'bout my car manners - I ain't no backseat driver, no sir! I hop into vehicles like I'm auditioning for a stunt double in a Fast and Furious movie. The front seat's where the action's at, where I can watch the world zoom by and maybe catch a glimpse of a squirrel or two plotting their next grand heist. While my heartworm situation put a pause on my marathon hiking dreams, I'm still game for a ride anytime, anywhere. Whether it's a quick cruise to the dog park or a leisurely drive to pick up some puppuccinos, count me in faster than you can say "fetch!" As for toys, well, let's just say I'm more of a philosopher than a materialist. I ponder life's mysteries while others chase balls, but I'll humor you with a game of fetch. Just know that my returning skills are a work in progress - blame it on my method acting as a reluctant hero. Water? I prefer my hydration in a bowl, thank you very much. No need to dive into fountains when I've got a perfectly good water bowl at home. But who knows, maybe I'll surprise you with a hidden talent for synchronized swimming one day! Now, about my energy level - think of me like a classic muscle car undergoing restoration. I might be a bit low on revs right now, but once I'm all tuned up and heartworm-free, I'll be revving my engines for adventures galore! I've had a blast playing with puppies and even get along famously with Chewbacca, a hulking 88-pound Sharpei mix. I'm a social butterfly when it comes to canine companions, so having another doggie buddy in my new home sounds like a woof-tastic idea! Now, about those mysterious creatures called cats - well, I haven't had the pleasure of their company, but I reckon I might feel a tad nervous around them. Can't blame a pup for being cautious around those stealthy feline ninjas! As for mini-humans, aka kids, I haven't met any yet, but I fancy myself a calm and friendly dog who's all about pets and hugs. I've got a soft spot for affection, so I reckon I'd get along just fine with the little tykes. When it comes to meeting new people, count me in for a round of tail wags and happy dances! I recently met my foster's brother, and let me tell ya, I was as happy as a pup with a new squeaky toy. Now, about the infamous "jumping on people" habit - I'm working on it, folks! Each day, I'm getting better at restraining my excitement, but hey, who can blame me for wanting to share the love with a friendly greeting? Now to give you the inside scoop on how I handle house life like a true gentleman. First things first, let's talk living arrangements. While I do love stretching my legs in a backyard, I reckon I'd do just fine in an apartment too, given I get my proper exercise. A cozy spot by the window to watch the world and a regular walk around the block? Count me in! Now, let's talk about the important stuff - potty training and kennel manners. I'm proud to say I've mastered both! No accidents in the house, and I'm quite comfortable in my kennel when needed. Chewing on your things? Nah, not my style. I'm all about respecting the house rules and keeping your favorite shoes intact. As for digging, well, I might indulge in a little bit of landscaping, but nothing too drastic. Consider it my way of adding a touch of rustic charm to your backyard! Barking? That's not my style, partner. I'm more of a silent observer, taking in the world with a curious gaze rather than a loud bark. I'm excited to share that I've wrangled my way through heartworm treatment like a true cowboy conquering the frontier! With that hurdle behind me, I'm ready to be the hero of your heart and the sheriff of your home. So, grab your cowboy hat, saddle up, and mosey on down, and fill out an adoption app for me. Let's rustle up some good times, make memories as epic as a Western saga, and turn your home into the happiest corral on this side of the Mississippi! 📍 Pickup Location: Tulsa, OK 📝 Adoption App: https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/hx000BP7nbQvjHX49Uur80FV3

Story
Meet Bogan!!! I'm a handsome young man with lots of playful energy. I enjoy jumping around in large puddles. I love to play fetch with my foster parents, but my favorite part is the tug-of-war concept they use to get it back. I do understand when playtime I over though. My foster brothers are smaller than me so, they don't always want to play. That's okay with me, laying on the couch watching television is fun too. We co exist just fine. If I get to excited, just remind me. I respond to my name very well. I also understand the "kennel" command. I'll trot into my kennel and patiently wait for you to close the door. Bogan is a vibrant dog, who stole our hearts right away. He would do best in a home without cats. He is an adventurous boy and can leap over a 4ft chain link fence with ease. Don't be fooled though, he knows where he belongs and will protect his people. He will protect his female human if in distress by pushing others away. Bogan is a friendly, happy guy with lots of energy. He would do best in a home without cats, chickens or other small animals.
