Our family got Daisy from the Tulsa animal Shelter in March of 2026. They told us she was 1 or two years old and is an Australian Shepherd. Daisy has never had an accident in our home. She is excellent on and off leash. She listens to my commands like come, stay, sit, roll over, paw. She would do well with someone who can give her a lot of cuddles and walks or with someone who has another dog for her play with. I work out of the home a couple of days a week and have three small children and don’t have the capacity to give her as much attention as she needs and deserves. She is great with other dogs and loves our 2 cats.

Bio: Drake is a gorgeous 4.5 year old blue merle australian shepherd, fully vaccinated and recently neutered. He has two beautiful blue eyes! Drake is good with dogs and cats! Drake is special needs, in that he has anxiety, irritable bowel disease, and hip displasia. He came from an abuse/neglect situation and is weary of strangers. Drake is absolutely wonderful in the right setting. He loves other dogs and cats and very friendly to people he trusts. He takes ample time to warm up to new people. He is nervous in new settings. He doesn't like to be left alone and prefers routines. He tends to slobber when nervous, and does shed. His favorite past time is playing with his foster sister dog! He will be a velcro dog to the person he loves!

Story
We have a friend of our family, whose dogs unexpectedly had puppies, and we’re having a very hard time finding homes for them. We took in one of the females, but we are not home enough to give her the time she needs to run and play. She is a miniature Australian Shepherd and just has a lot of energy and needs to be outside much more than we are able. When we are able to get outside with her, she stays right next to us and will not run away, so she would be amazing on a small farm! I wish I could spend the time to train her because she’s extremely smart and has the potential to be a great dog, we just do not have the time to do it. It breaks my heart, but she needs a better home than what we can give her. The ideal adopter would have land or a farm she can run around on!
