Story
Aurora is a 7 month old Australian Shepard mix. She has been with our family around other dogs, cats, and kids of all ages since birth. She is very well behaved and mostly house broken. She is up to date on vaccines and wont’t need any more until age 1 year. She gets wormer and flea and tick prevention every month. We are rehoming her because she is picked on by some of our other dogs. She needs a home where she can be safe. She is a very intelligent, gentle, fun dog. She has been easy to train and will make an excellent family dog.

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Ada, OK *This dog doesn’t belong to ASF and hasn’t been evaluated by ASF.* Meet Lucky! He is an 9 month old Australian Shepherd and weighs 50 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Lucky hasn’t been tested around kids or cats. He is good with the other dogs inside of the home, but hasn’t been tested around dogs outside of the home. He is housebroken and crate-trained. Lucky’s mother previously belonged to the owner’s best friend, who passed away. The puppies were born after the friend passed away. The current owner is surrendering him because his littermates attack him. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Lucky, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Lucky. Story
We adopted Misty as a puppy for our daughter. She is a loving dog, very eager to be with people. The problem is, we simply don't have enough time to keep her as active as she wants to be. She is not destructive, just wants to be with us and play more than we really want. We love her, but feel that she would be happier in a more active home. Misty likes to play with other dogs, although sometimes she can be hesitant. Once she gets used to the other dog and is allowed to play, she likes to run and play chase. She does have an issue with active children as she is a herding breed. Kids tend to make her nervous. She prefers women to men, but generally likes everyone as long as they don't encroach on her space too quickly. She can be reactive. Misty has had training with Big Paws of the Ozarks and has an e-collar which she works well with.
